Well i arrived in Taipei on a Sunday. Went to Carneggies but nobody there. Then went to Brown sugar and met 3 pros from Vietnam. Took one home to my hotel but it was one of the lousiest fucks ever. A lot of faking and she kept on shouting come on come on. Luckily I could still do it but at 3K not worth the money.

Been noticing a couple of shops that say "MTV, bla bla bla video viewing". My friend told me that these establishments are operated by the gangsters, and basically you pay a price to go into a Karaoke-like booth to watch movies/porn, and you get to pick a girl to accompany you. Tried out this place the other day for the first time. It's in the centre of the fairly seedy Min Sheng/Lin Shen area so the clientel and staff were fairly rough-looking lot (plenty of full-body tattoos, etc) but they were very friendly and welcoming (to this foreigner, anyway). Once inside it was the usual fare of hold/cold pools, sauna etc. I always find saunas a great place for my weekly shave so that was done and the obligatory body scrub was had (see Taiwan General thread for more on this wonderful treatment). I then headed up to the lounge &, even before I could sit down was approached by the mamasan. I was led to a room in a secure area and a woman was bought in. She certainly was what I would have chosen (40ish, plump, sos-so face) but I hate to turn people away so went with the flow. She gave me a so-so massage for 50 minutes then asked if i'd like a 'special'. She quoted NT$4,200 and I agreed. We proceeded and covered all the usual bases. Pretty good fun but if I returned I'd be hoping for something better. The bill was NT$4,600 all included with the NT$400 body scrub. Not bad. An average place with a really good local flavour (I like that!)

But I reallly don't know what the services the girls really provide and how far you can take the action with the girls.

After living in Canada for several years, where I contributed to a board there somewhat often (limited by funds of course), I have returned to Taiwan. After that I will do another report to let you guys know about some recent developments.

So, my first experience was in Caesar's World, as per many people's recommendations. It was as most have described, and aside from being a little turned off by so many naked males, I was surprized by the quality of the sauna itself and all it offered (hot Jacuzzi, normal temp pool, cold pool, sauna, steam room, cold room, etc.). Actually, writing about it makes me want to head back there again just to chill out.

So I have been reading a lot of Chinese websites since I have been back to try and improve my reading skills again. And one thing I have been checking out is the local talent via BBS type sites. He then said that if I didnt put the money in the account, then they would come down to my work and tell everyone what I had been doing last night. I told him to go right ahead. Then he started to straight out threaten me. I told him he better have alot of friends that were real big, and that I was Italian mafia and knew how to play with the big boys. Then I hung up the phone, got on my bike, and drove a serpentine way home to be sure that no one was following me.

Mind you, I am using a phone that isnt mine, and is impossible for him to track. And maybe I am a bit crazy, but so much of these types of guys are just big talk, that I'm just not scared of them anymore. Taiwanese supposedly have a lot of problems with these sorts of scams in all areas of their lives, and I suppose once your Chinese is good enough, you fall into the same mud.

Regardless, be careful when going local. I definitely learned my lesson, and will give you an update on my next adventure that hopefully is just well, normal.

Are we all a bunch of slackers in this forum? No one posts anything sustantial or does much "investigation". I know Taipei is expensive, but hell there is a lot of good p*ssy out there so lets do some reporting.

My contribution today is the "barber shop" on Nanjing Section 5. Its under the bridge before you get to Roosevelt Ave, and next to a Christian center (of all places). Price is 3200 NT and the "girls" are all over 35. Not the most impressive collection by a long shot but good for a lunchtime fuck and run.
