It refers to Santos Ave. (or parts of Santos, since there has been so much change / development) which is perpendicular to Fields Ave. One of the largest and swankiest hotels, Wild Orchid is there. You walk out of WO and look around at the little bars. This is what remains of Blow row. They have some rooms on the premises where your tour guide will show you why it's called blow row. Of course there are good reasons (I. E. Want to only work part time) , but there are some more troublesome reasons as well (see my post below). Besides, while DIA might be important in places like Cebu or Daveo, where the scene is less massive (or in other areas) , in AC there are thousand of girls. Personally, I would prefer getting to know a girl before I select her, when possible, to assess the vibe and chemestry, but that is just me. In AC there are just too many easy options 24/7.

X Men provides a good reponse to your question. The only thing I would add is enjoy Blow Row while it last. When I came to AC 14 years ago, there were more places on BR and other locations in AC. Plus, the price back then was P500 for 3 hours ST. LT was like P800 or P900. Now the price is P700 for 2 hours, but still an great deal by American standards. Plus, the the USA Dollar was around P55 to $1. That was cheap sex! Now, on BR, many of the outlets are gone (new building in its place) and the other small BJ outlets in AC are gone (replaced by something else).

ST is available in blowjob row and few other perimeter Road bars but NOT in the Fields Ave bars. LT means the girl stays with you until the morning. It also means that you get AT LEAST 2 pops but its really up to her and most will allow more than that. If you are nice to her then you may fuck her as much as you like. Many times I have taken a girl at 8pm and kept her up to 5pm the next day. If you are nice most of them will want to stay with you especially if you are staying in a nice place, just hint that they can use the pool and you are already a great guy.
