Vaccines are now asked about on migracion app, but they are not required.
Your chica can get her first dose of the vaccine at the airport. If you go to the Bogota airport, the first place you come to is International flights for departures. If instead of advancing to the rest of the airport, you turn around, they are doing vaccine in a parking lot a few hundred yards away. It was about a 5 minute walk to there.
I thought that they were only doing Pfizer and Astra Zeneca but they are doing Moderna as well, and that is what my gal got. She is 32 so I think the vaccine is now open to most adults. It would be a good time for her to get vaccinated.

Ideally you make a specific reservation with the girl you want. If not, you end up getting a sub-optimal selection of whoever is left over.

But keep in mind that we are paying the girls and much of our bargaining power resides in our willingness to walk away. We are customers. If I had already paid, I would have insisted that we complete the deal. But I hadn't paid, nor had I entered the room, and she seemed more interested in dealing with the other guy, so I just walked away and found someone else who turned out to be better and cheaper (I was able to compare how well they performed because I came back and got her when she was not as busy). From the girl's perspective, if she frequently has more than one man interested in her at the same time, she should raise her prices. I try to avoid showing any particular girl that I see her a "must-have" and that I need to insist.

What actually happens is that if you decline the conversion the ATM offers you (which is always a ripoff), then the currency will be converted at the rate your bank gives you.
Which is why a Schwab card is so good. They will give you the best rate out of anywhere.
Other banks will usually give you a rate 3% or so off, but YMMV.
