Thanks to everybody for all the help. I have taken all that people have said and taken it back to my friend. Right now he had me book a place on Thailand in Pattaya for us. Cause know he is thinking about there. Cause like you said maybe be a bit hard to get girls to want to go that far.
So I booked a villa in Pattaya with a private pool. So now it is the process of trying to find a girl there like you said to run the things.
Has anybody been to Thailand that might have some advice.

There was just now (Sunday, 17th) a news item on ABS-CBN news that regular meter taxis are going to be allowed to pick up passengers from all NAIA airports, starting July 18.
Passengers are requested to obtain name of driver and rego number and to report immediately if the meter is not used on request.

Thai girls love a party and Pattaya is one of the best places to have one. You could simply walk into a bar on Soi 6 (say Ruby or Roxy) that have a bunch of doable chicks and simply fill up the bus. It will be a bit more expensive compared to the Philippines, simply because the Thai Baht is more valued that the Peso. Also, the going rates for a LT pull from Soi 6 would be roughly 2500 THB + 500 BF. You can do the rest of the math.
If you have more money, you could do the same thing in a GoGo Bar with spectacular results. But you will blow the bank.
Lastly, if you want to do the hard work and keep yourself mentally occupied with the whole idea till the time you arrive, hit up social media and start chatting with a few cuties. When you have a couple of good leads ask them about their friends and slowly build up your roster. Of course, this could all descend into utter chaos when you land and you will need a PlanB and PlanC.

Hello folks,
I'm planning a two week trip to the Philippines in late August (19 Aug - 03 Sept) this year.
This will be my first trip to Asia (at least for this type of activities) in a while so any advice or insight you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
Aside from the obvious reason for choosing the P.S. I would also like to squeeze in a few days of nice beach and some diving on the wrecks up at Coron as well as the whale Sharks etc at Oslob.
Right now my biggest concern is how to fit it all into a nice two week package, that offers ample opportunity for both types of extracurricular activities. I've read through the forums as research on how to plan my trip.
My current thoughts are to fly from FRA into either Manila or Clark. Return flight from Cebu to FRA.
If possible, I would like to pick up one or maybe two nice girls to accompany me on the rest of the journey and take a trip with me down further south for a few days or a week.
Has anybody done something similar? In the big cities it's no issue, but how relaxed are the smaller resorts / hotels (in the smaller towns) when you check in with or bring a girl?

Trips to places you have described make it a center that is easy and inexpensive to fly out of or take boat trips from. You can take in places like Bohol, Honda Bay near Puerto Princesa, and Ilo Ilo from Cebu easily. If you go to Ilo Ilo go to a restaurant called Rom Boys. The best smoked pork I have ever eaten in my life. Unless you have a burning desire to sit in traffic, skip Manila altogether.
Now is a good time to register on Date in Asia and start your chatting. You will only be alone when you want to be alone. Bring a cheap unlocked phone. SIM cards are cheap and easily available. Practice your texting because you will be doing lots of it for your two weeks.
Give us a report when you get back home.
