With the modesty issue, I admit that I have taken upon my self to educate these ladies to be ladies. Sorry for the late report. Been extremely busy. Don't want to repeat what's been well covered in the earlier posts, but here are some notes and observations.
My second trip within 2 months. I had an amazing time. This is fast becoming my favorite place, which is close to home, and cheaper and easier to get to.

If you buy beers and fichas using pesos, the BGs in HK would naturally expect you to pay them in pesos, which generally is a good thing.

It just seemed easier to spend dollars than getting them changed to $14.12 pesos every time. There was $14 or more exchange rate given everywhere I went. I personally found the difference to be negligible so didn't bother changing.

If you stay at Cascadas, you don't pay for the room at reception for every session. You can just take the girl to your room. If you are taking most of the girls from HK like me, Then it is totally worth staying at Cascadas.

The OP appears to be fairly new. Generally it seems that it's easier for noobs to pay $5 for a beer than XX pesos. If OP is experienced, by all means use pesos everywhere.
