Often, outside clubs, you can just walk past the police cars with your love-of-the-night and head for a taxi, and nobody will bother you. Basic rule is that as long as you don't cause a scene, you're fine.
Ain't a little bit of an oxymoron to discuss Dubai tolerance and the fact that a guy was beaten to death by police after being arrested for such "serious offenses"
I am sure officers will be punished, maybe with a 200 dhm fine, like the one driving 2 wheels in SZR.

Great Report and I agree about Regal. For years this has been my favourite haunt.
The variety there seems to be unmatched in terms of different parameters. You find women from all the different stans, some chechens. One of my friends is into older women and he was delighted to see what Regal had to offer. Mentioned a 3sum with 2 older women that rocked his world.

But once inside, the disaster started. There were hardly any girls, a handful of desperate PRCs, some Africans and in the back where the Fili's normally hang-out emptiness! Hmm, is it too late already or what's the matter?

I can confirm Dubai Ray's Report.
"Lucy's" aka "Al Quoz" has reopened from it most recent premises (Al Manara) and is now in a fairly central location on SZR. The premises is very different from previous ones, ie we are no longer talking about being located in a Villa.
On the positive side, it feels safer especially compared to when it was located in Al Manara where it was ridiculously exposed (not that that stopped me visiting when I had an itch!) On the negative side, it is located in a smaller place and thus there are fewer girls. When I visited over a week ago there were only 5 girls and I felt the quality was lower than when the establishment was located elsewhere.
Phone number is same as before.
