I got a little over ambitious on my run the other weekend and so had some sore leg muscles. Decided to get the kinks worked out and so went over to my new favorite massage place Baan Manee near the Masazukaya department store in Ueno / Okachimachi area. I concur that AM is your best bet at arranging 2 guys with a girl if you've only got a few days to make it happen and don't speak much Japanese.
