I can vouch for both since I've been to both. It really comes down to if you're on a budget. For quality I would definitely say Rio. DR has some hotties too but they don't fuck like Brazilians. I usually stick to DR for short stays, maybe a 3-4 day weekend. If I have more time than that, then its Rio for sure. Plus I love the culo and that's definitely hard to get in place like DR.
