I don't like to walk in with a girl I picked up at a bar and smile at the reception, or having to wait my outcall at the lobby because she needs a key.

All loaded up on my kindle and most read at least twice. In fact I've got 47 TR to read (again) during my flight. 12 hours are a long journey.

3. [B]Walden Hotel[/B]. 353 Hennessy Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, Hong Kong.
Really good hotel: the hotel has two separate entrances. One brings you to the lobby, the other to the hotel's lifts. No key required to use the lift and HGs definitely operating from it.
4. The Langham Hong Kong. 8 Peking Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong, Hong Kong.

One of the reason I have not tried these before is indeed because I don't want to go through the process of knocking at 30 doors, refusing 29-30 girls and (maybe, just maybe) doing one. But, I think it'll be possible to walk around the building and just glimpse at the girls whenever another punter is at the door. Of course, this strategy carries the risk of having your choice stolen by another guy.
I like Brussels' RLD where you can walk at look at the girls through the windows. I guess that would not be allowed in HK (on morality grounds).

Well, I guess it is possible to hook up with HGs even if you don't speak Cantonese / Mandarin, as some handlers do speak a little English. Those who don't want to make the effort will simply hung up on you and not even reply to your texts. I just think you would be missing out as some arrangers won't allow foreigners (because girls doesn't want), or those who can't speak Chinese, with certain girls (to avoid misunderstanding, conflicts, etc.).
But yes try choosing any of those who list English as one of their spoken language and please do me (and yourself) a favor: repeat as many times as you can the name of the girls you want saying "I want (only (ok? Works every time.
Dropped into Wanchai early Tuesday night to meet a friend. Dropped into HK Cafe. It was a bit quiet though its a Monday night. Seemed to more ladies than gents. Then dropped into Escape. It was busy for a Monday night. Probably more guys than ladies. Seemed to be lots of Thai, Vietnamese and Filipine ladies, though less South American ladies than usual. Very few Indo ladies were at either bar. Actually only knew one lady outside of my friend. I must be out of touch. At least I could enter the bars without showing ID.
For the gents. The all girl band at HK Cafe is off for a week.

Been to HK many times, but my last solo visits were years ago. I've avidly read the reports on the Wan Chai bars, but I've yet to come across any pick up bars featuring Chinese girls. I'm not talking about the 141 sites or escort services but bars or night clubs offering Chinese ladies for take out. Any assistance would be appreciated.

GE.[/QUOTE]Chinese girls don't stay long enough to be conversant enough to work in Wan Chai bars. They might work the KTV and 'local bar' scenes where Mandarin is used.
Traveler is right with his post. Local ladies tend to work in karaoke / KTV type bars. There are definitely at least 2 or 3 in Wanchai. Note these bars can be expensive.
It will be my first trip to HK and I was wondering if the forum will be online and could be accessed there or does it have some restrictions as some countries impose. The same questions applies for Macau. Any help, as it will save me a lot of preparation ahead to gather all the info.

I will be in Hong Kong for a few weeks in June. I have been going through the forums for general information, but the layout of the city has me kind of confused. I will be staying on Yanhe Road, close to Shuiku Park (See attached map). Is there anyone familiar enough with the city who can offer some insight on how close the hotel is to any of the mongering action? (pickup up bars, Dundas, Wan Chai, street action). I don't mind a quick taxi ride, but if this is half hour from any fun, I will change my reservation.

Your hotel appears to be the [I]FX Hotel[/I]. It is in Luohu District, but is not close to the Luohu commercial district. It is a cheap 3 star hotel. Many 3 star hotels are not even registered to have foreign guests (they need to pay a fee and have special equipment to transmit foreigners' details to the Public Security Bureau). You would need to check!
I recommend that you do more research. And be prepared to pay at least 7 times the FX Hotel rate for a reasonable HK hotel (unless you are happy to stay in a Chungking Mansions style cupboard hotel room or a guest house).

The location is a Vacation Rental (which upon closer inspection is located at the Futian Port. I'm not sure how they got it listed as a Hong Kong Rental). It looked nice for $75 per night. But I guess there was a reason for that. Vacation Rentals in Hong Kong are broken down into subcategories. Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, Sai Kung, and Tsim Sha Tsui. At the risk of embarrassing myself again, can you recommend which of those locations I should be looking in?
