From personal experience, 4 k for FL is the max for me. The average is 3 k.
But you have to take into account, that 3-4 k can be social companionship, an all nighter, and most recently, a daily rate for one girl in particular.
It's usually a lot better value than anything you'd find in the bars.

I was being a little glib with my response. I have been to the phils enough times to realize that your brain starts to adjust to the local value of money. 300 pesos for a drink? Get the hell out. Meanwhile last night I had 5 drinks in LA and it was a hundred bucks with tip. If / when I move there, I'm sure I will adjust to local prices. But for now I'm paid in USD and I take it over there and I try to remember what the actual USD value is, and spend accordingly. And that girl in the pics was definitely worth the price, in my opinion.

Everyone has a reference point or measurement to the home country. Whether it is food, housing standards or what ever. Those raised with a yardstick compare it to a meter with 39 inches for an understanding.
Local prices are converted to your own currency for understanding.

I decide on value to me. Is it worth it? Do I want it? How much do I want it? What is it worth to me?
Example I barfined a beauty and great performer. Not just a performer but a really responsive sexual girl. It was my last night there before I headed for an island with another girl. Then I would stay in Manila for one night before flying back home. I message the girl to meet me in Manila for my final night. LT if she can. She asked how much?
