First, the cost would likely be prohibitive (depending on how much money you would be willing to spend for this) if you booked through one of the shops (such as Mango, Snow White, Cherry, or the overpriced Bamboo) and a real tour guide would likely be much cheaper. Moreover, I doubt most of the girls would make good tour guides. As to the cost, I suppose you might be able to convince one of the girls to do this on one of their rare days off, but I don't see a separate deal being arranged in advance if you don't already know the girl. Moreover, most are from Isaan, not Bangkok, and therefore may not know Bangkok so well, other than where they might party during their off hours. And they likely would not have the same sightseeing interests we would have so probably would not make good tour guides.
Having said this May at Mango told me she is studying at the university in some sort of hotel business program. If true (and who knows if it is), she might at least have some interest in this sort of work. But you probably would do better to do the sightseeing on your own (just read up a bit; it is not hard, you just have to somehow avoid crooked taxi drivers and tuk tuk drivers, which can be done at least in part by using the very efficient Skytrain and MRT (subway), combined with a river taxi if you are going to see the Grand Palace and / or what Po.
That is my sense of things, but others may differ and maybe even identify just the girl for this task.
