Arrived in Manila on Biz. First time in the Philippines. Came in on Air Asia which I didnt realize landed at Clark Field Internation Airport. A bloody long way to Manila so as I was staying at New World Hotel I ordered a car pick up from them Php2600.

Having also read many of the posts before I also went to the LA Café back in March ’03 I would have to say that you should take them all with a large pinch of salt, 20 beers and bottle of cognac. A lot of guys seem to like the place because its cheap, the drink prices, the decor and there are no bar fines, all well and good. However, let’s not get confused here, that is as far as it goes, there are no former beauty queens or college student just making a few bucks on the side to help them through their studies, this is a myth, the place has a couple of average girls, some skanky ones in there mixed in with a few hard nosed pros - that is the reality.

If you are coming to Manila just for the LA Café, then I would suggest that you are in for a disappointment, all of these guys who have claimed to have picked up a stunning 9s or 10s in the place and given them what 500 Pesos for [I]tuda da noite[/I] (all night), hmmmmm, I have yet to be convinced since these same guys have never posted a photo.

The few guys who have posted photos of girls from the LA café have been honest about what they paid, and some of them were not cheap, and the girls were average.

In my opinion if you want more bangs for your bucks then I would suggest, if possible, go up to Angeles City. It’s a bit of a shit hole of a town, but it is what it is, and you have to weight up the cost of getting there for one night is worth it.
