What I don't want to happen is for her to come back to my AirBnB apartment, do the deed, demand $100 or something stupid, and then kick up a fuss if I refuse that much (again, I don't mind paying some but not that much).

Badoo is a gold mine, although they have recently changed it so you cannot set your location manually. At least with the latest version I have not figured out how to do it yet. When travelling I would set my location to my next destination a few days in advance and let the contacts come to me. Much in the same way I make them come to my hotel, rather than me going to them. I'm not fighting 'trappic' in Manila or wherever in the world I am at the time.
Tagged I have written about before, it is a bit of a unknown quantity here, but I have had good luck on it. It allows you to browse girls by location, and to set your location manually. I am finding Phils girls very wary of punters not in the Phils already, so setting my location to my next city and filtering through the incoming messages works best for me.
You are mad to pay $100, most girls will accept 1500 pesos but you need to be prepared to negotiate and to walk away from the ones that don't accept. Offer a tip for good performance, that way you are not locked into a price for poor performance. I am pretty blunt when dealing with the girls, I don't have a lot of spare time when I am on the ground, so I need to sort the wheat from the chaff pretty quickly. I'm sure I have discarded a few gems, but they are everywhere in the Phils, just move on to the next one.
