So I haven't been down to la zona since the world cup was going on. I think I spent more time there over those couple of months then in my whole life. Had the time of my life. I met a lot of cool people and a shit load of cool ladies. I was there for about a week at a time. I would even venture out of La Zona with the chicas on there days off and when they weren't working. At no point in my stay did I ever feel unsafe. Walked around everywhere and anywhere and never had a problem or saw anything violent. I guess my question to you guys is if any of you have seen any increase in violence in Tijuana like they keep reporting on the news? I think I even passed by the TV and heard about a couple of guys getting shot at a taco stand. I'm a firm believer in if you're looking for trouble you're going to find it but I also believe in being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Been wanting to head down for a bit but haven't cause of all the news coverage. Any input is greatly appreciated.
There was a guy who supposedly ran the drug trade in La Zona (Luis Manuel Toscano Rodriguez aka "El Mono") that was gunned down next to a taco cart on Thursday. It was said that El Mono was the head of group that controlled drug distribution in LZ, which he ran with his brother, Cuate, and there currently is an expectation of more violence aong members of that group as tey fight internally for control of the drug trade in La Zona.
Add to that the increase the past few months of ratero muggings on the city block on Coahuila Ave. Directly east of the block containing the entrances of Adeliata & Hong Kong Bar. And this might not be the best time to be hanging out for hours on the streets of LZ in Tijuana.
Jackie excuse my ignorance but where's this Playboy club is it inside AB?
Its a seperate club. As you exit Adelitas, go right (away from HK) . When you get to La Gloria Club at the first intersection, make a right again. It should be the first club you see. Literally a hole on the wall if it werent for the waiters ouside offering "no cover" charge (oh goody! IMHO, they operate like all the tourist traps on Revolution trying to nickle and dime you on everything. They essentially charge 90% of what Adelitas and HK charge yet delivering 25% the value. I was waiting for them to charge me $1 just for the right to fart.
To add, the room upstairs is borderline disgusting. $13 for 40 minutes. However, no towels. No soap. No air conditioning. 1/2 roll of toilet paper. The Shower either runs blistering cold or scalding hot. Thank God I always pack my own anti-bacterial wet naps when I travel here. Cascades is the Ritz Carlton compared to this place. Like I said, I take back everything Bad I've ever said about what the bigger clubs offer particularly HK. You get 40 minutes. But the reality is that you burn at least 15 minutes adjusting to the environment.
Can anyone tell me for sure if you can walk in to AB with a small backpack. I want to check the action before checking in to a hotel.
I don't care if they want to search my backpack I just have my travel pack and clothing, or I can just leave my bag in the coahuila hotel desk can you trust them?
It really depends on whether the door guy know and are on friendly terms with. Sometimes I get frisk for no reason by newer guards. Other times I see people walk in with bags without being checked.
If you're really concerned, go over to the HK front desk. For $2 they will hold your backpack and give you a pick up ticket. I saw a couple of guys do this when I was buying my VIP pass.

Man,
2 x in a row. What is going on down there? Been months after Christmas but the shakedowns are getting ridiculous. Drive down there again but this time was around 3 am and heading home to the US on Thursday night (Fri morning). Simple car with tinted windows.
Lights appear behind me and they ask my brother with me to step out with license / reg. They do a show and dance about taking me to the station and put my brother in the back of the cruiser to separate us. I give him a $20 and he says your under arrest. Frisks me some more and said you only offer a $20? I had another $21 in my front pocket and I said "Here's another $21" and he says he doesn't want the $1 and takes the $20 (WTF)? He let's my brother out of the car and we are on our way.
I think I'm parking down Revolution and walking to the Zona for a bit.

Sunday I spent some time with a buddy who's job puts him out on the street right in the middle of zona norte 12 hours a day. And he said pretty much the same thing. He described it as even though the zona is such a small area, it is split up into different sections and while it is the same organization controlling the drug sales there is internal fighting going on over what people control what section, which has resulted in several recent killings. As we stood there he was pointing out to me who is who. Like that guy is a lookout for so and so. So as we mongers travel from bar to bar, to the naked eye the streets look crowded but there is a lot more going on. So at the present time its probably not a good time to be just hanging out on the street with the chance of becoming collateral damage.
He also mentioned that the bar owners are very aware of the recent rash of muggings, and are concerned since that kind of thing can have an effect on business. And they are working on fixing that problem, and it aint by discussing it with the police.
Why should I check out Hong Kong bar?
Believe it or not I've been going over 15 yrs to the zona but never ever went to HK bar, I've walked thru the front door but never went in.
Convince me why should I go to HK bar, seriously I only been to AB bar and the paraditas I just don't see a reason to go to other bars.
What am I missing in HK that you don't see in AB? I was told HK girls are more expensive to take to the room and the meseros are a pain and want you to buy a bucket of beer I just don't drink heavily and I watch my money.
My question is when you walk into HK can you just go in and grab a seat and get a drink or you have to buy a bucket? Also are the chicas pretty hot like AB are they doing only doing lap dances or I can take any girl I like arriba like AB?
What's it like during daytime on Tuesday or Wednesday?
Thanks in advance.
Hi amigos,
I have not been to Tijuana for a while and last time l used hotel primer the road is blocked so the taxi has to do a long detour. Do you guys know the road is still blocked?
Thanks
The girls in HK is the reason why you should experience HK. They are younger, fitter, less silicone, prettier. Theyre also less inhibited both in and out of bed. Many of them are really friendly and less jaded. Some are remarkable dancer and may you a boner before they even take off their clothes. You do pay 5-10% more. But you do get more value. You dont need to buy a bucket. I generally get a water from the xoxo store to quench my thirst before hand, then plant myself at the strip show seats without a drink but with stripper dollars in hand.
Btw, go through the back (alley) doors when it gets crowded to avoid lines. As to mid week visits, I'm tempted to take a visit one of these days.

You've shown that you're not keen to follow anyone's advice if it differs from your prior inclination.
Stay with what has worked for you the last 15 years.
Great info Jackie Thanks man. Is the pick up a girl procedure same as AB I mean do you ask the girl to go to the hotel or do they approach to you. Do the dancers go to the hotel with you? How much are the beers for you and how much is her ficha drink?
And final how much is a room in Cascadas and for how long?

And final how much is a room in Cascadas and for how long?
The atmosphere is more "flirty" at HK. But the general rule is that for a $1 tip, you can go up to any pretty girl and feel her up. And you should otherwise they would look at you funny. And more often than not she will reciprocate and feel you up. You can ask to go up, or if you're shy she will hint it to you.
Some girls will approach you. Others will respect your space. I've had girls flirtatiously wink at me from across the room. And I've had girls drop their bottoms (tops often already off), jump in my lap, stick a tongue in my ears and tell that I can cum in their mouths for $80 and have their ass (anal) gor $100. All before I even introduce myself. There is a great variety here, in form and in personality.
I have never had a dancer turn me down. The most elite dancers will ask for a small premium, usually 20% more. But they are clearly elite and it is reasonable. Your conduct will also affect prices. For example if you are overly aggressive and finger or slap their ass when they dance, you may be quoted a 50% premium.
I think that beers are $5 for you and $8 for her on Friday & Saturday. A dollar less Sun. Thurs. But this is where your money evaporate the fastest. Drinks for the girls and the waiters who push them will empty your pockets faster than other form of payments. Whether having sex, tipping the girls, or getting a lap dance. I ve found that the best way to control this is tell the girls to drink Slow. But compensate her for her time by personally tip her more dollar bills, $1 every 5 minutes.
Rooms are $16 I believe. 30 minutes of time. You can also get a 20 min rental for $6. I use these for an alley girl, or when I just need to take a quick shower and freshen up (take a dump).
BTW, once you experience the HK club, you will look at Adelitas girls differently. Not better or worst. Just different.

Thanks in advance.
HK and AB have roughly the same amount of hot chicas on any given night. Difference is HK has about triple the amount of average looking chicas so it's more dense with chicas. HK chicas are generally better behaved. AB chicas are more business like and want to go arriba right away. HK chicas tend to party / drink and enjoy the company of their clients / friends more. Many AB chicas will lock eyes with you from a distance and just motion upstairs. I've never had a HK chica do that. HK chicas will sit and talk with you and wait for the mesero. AB chicas as soon as they sit they will say "one drink for me?" And if you say no they will go on their way. If you say "yes" they will start flagging down a mesero like they were flagging down a Coast Guard chopper while floating in the middle of the Atlantic. There seems to be more silicone and ass implants at AB than HK. You never have to buy a bucket. Weekdays are much better than weekends where it's just too crowded and hot to enjoy yourself as much.
If you say "yes" they will start flagging down a mesero like they were flagging down a Coast Guard chopper while floating in the middle of the Atlantic.
LOL that's a scary sight for me I kayak fishing about 1/2 mile into the ocean and the coast guard and the man with the grey suit is always in my mind!
Thanks for info guys next time I will venture into HK the girls will start asking me you're new right? Have ever been here before.
