Medellin Reports

If she really likes you she will go that extra mile and really take you seriously and take care of it. Colombianas will move heaven and earth to be with someone the like. Others (most) will play both sides of the fence with many guys, whoever is the "best option" on that Friday or Saturday night. But then lies the question if she really took care of it or just said she did so you need to make sure. Believe me I've been there with the jealous ex novio or husband and nobody likes eating or drinking with their back to the wall, curious, suspicious of everybody around you when you are out, that's no way to enjoy your vacation time. Especially in a country with 20million women.

So this coming Friday I will be doing my 2nd trip to Medellin. I will be staying at the Mansion 1 for the first few days and then moving to an Apt. I have been reading this treat for a few weeks now trying 2 find the Casas, Strip Clubs and Clubs that are worth checking out and I have an idea but I would love 2 get some suggestions from the people that are in Medellin right now. So to thoses that are in Medellin at the moment what's popping?

Matt is back again and together with the same chica I set him up with before his trip with her to Santa Marta. There is chemistry and not just because he treats her well. Even without much Spanish they are laughing and having fun together. Its real and its what you get when you work the streets and find some diamonds. That is where I met her and what I enjoy doing on my tours. She is hoping for something that may or may not happen long term but its here and you can find it with a little work! It all depends on your level of connection and desire to protect this particular little Paisa. Depending on her circumstances, she or her family might not be able to dissuade the ex novio from continuing to bother her. It sounds as if you've been around Medellin somewhat. Hopefully you've developed some local contacts. Folks that will have no difficulty in having the ex develop a new love interest exist. Have you considered that? Fast, easy, and non violent. All it takes is a request that he desist from the right person, and he's out of the picture.

Well I stepped out of my hotel in el centro today. Right into the middle of a f*cking riot! I've never seen so many cops in my life. People running all over the place. Shit was crazy!

I know where to go and not go in Medellin, but if you're there enough, you'll get into a situation that will make your asshole draw up so tight that you couldn't drive a broom straw up it with a sledge hammer. Haven't gotten assaulted or robbed yet (except years ago in Paris) , but I guess I find the adrenaline rush invigorating.

Can you see any immediate effect on the action in El centro (street walkers, strip clubs, casa's)?

Anyone know the current location of Abydos?

I heard they moved and I see that it was removed from the Medellin Casa map.

The City of Medellin has cracked down on all the street vendors without licences, thats all and these street vendors protested, plus a few gang members.
