I had an Italian Guy give some advice:.

I have been all over Latin America, Ukraine, Russia and parts of Latin America. These guys claim and tell you not to pay the girls in advance. You will be in a world of hurt unless you are a regular and know security, even then it probably will not help. You definitely do not want to play that game. A lot of guys lie and exaggerate to try and to make themselves look good. A lot of these guys never write any reports on any pages.
Another example, guys in Ukraine / Russia tell you never to pay for the girls taxi, see how far that gets you. Again over $5-10, or less you could lose out on awesome night, just not worth it.
Arguing with girls over $10-20, this is just not worth it. Again you will lose out on some amazing nights. Now if it is $50-100, then yes negotiate.
When I adopted some of these strategies at Hk, my experience got way better.
