I paid the entrance fees. But I notice some people are not paying, and I don't know why- any way I ordered my drink, and starting taking my round to see the menu.

Westerners (read whites) get in without paying. Sub-continentals (read non-whites) have to pay. While this seems unfair, there is reason to it. Westerners will spend money on drinks, behave themselves, and not make trouble. If sub-continentals could get in for free, a number (hey, NOT all, but just check out the CROWDED laborer buses) would not spend money, leer, grope, and cause problems. Never stayed there, and not my scene, so could have rooms above the club.
