I have been to Cart solo and had a blast in years past and also traveled with my Colombian buddy and that was fun as shit and also have taken a few paisas for a few days visit and that too was fun, we both know the paisa Shar* and we went in November 2020 and had a blast just hanging out and visiting some clubs, so again there is no right way or wrong way to play in Cartagena be it solo or with friends.

Been here for a couple of days. Checking everything out and chilling back. When I speak of "masquerading" I am talking about the whiskey made in the USA but not in Kentucky that calls itself Bourbon. this is because bourbon has become extremely popular in the USA, but experts say that there is a unique lime content in the water where Kentucky Bourbon is made that gives it its smooth flavor. I am not trying to compare Scotch whiskey with Bourbon, they are two different animals

I'm trying to decide for a place to go this weekend between Cartagena, Medellin or San Jose Costa Rica. I have to say from reading each of the three boards, it seems like you all in Cartagena are having a better time. Do you guys agree? It also seems safer than Medellin. If I was to go there what hotel should I stay at?

The Medellin girls are the best. But Cartagena has the beach and cool vibe. The only daytime action here is play a Hollywood and it's loud and Tony is a pain in the ass. And they also have this horrible music. The noise pollution actually drove me off the beach yesterday. Only to find a nice chica from Medellin. I haven't been to San Jose but I believe it's a big city so if you have to choose between that and maybe I go for Medellin. Best women anywhere.

As far as Playa Hollywood. Done with it till Tony goes. Just the awful bands and music there is enough to keep me away for a while

You can't simply politely and sternly tell him to fuck off and do your own thing? Is he the only source for renting a lounge chair?
