Called SPA named in precious metal name. Booked the time at 3.00 but could not reach. Reached at 3.45 and at the reception asked to sit for few minutes to relax. Then a NE lady came and asked for details and informed 2500 for 60 mts and 3000 for 90 minutes (special). Then paid 3000 and was taken to the room.
