You are better of in Sosua from newbie standpoint, but there a no "none pros". Probably a good thing if you are actually trying to get laid.

An alternative suggestion. Stay at Field of Dreams (just outside Puerto Plata in the direction of the airport and Sosua). Puerto Plata is a good small city for picking up non-pros (or more likely semi-pros) , but you also have easy access to Sosua as an alternative.

Downside would be you are paying the increased airfare for flying into POP so would only make sense for a stay of 10 days or more when the extra cost amortized over 10 days would be trivial.

SD maybe what you are looking for. Being well travelled in the latin / south America I assume you understand and speak Spanish. You and a good wing man might have a better job than we did. We prefer pro and semi / pros and don't care much to just meet people. There is a Guy who is doing the "tourist thing" who posted right before you going the SD about the same time. You guys should hook up. Go on tagged and set yourself for a few non pro dates. If all else fells you can resort to Foxy's. Just be ready to folk out 70 st to 175 for one of those chicas. I have my man polo Charlie's number if you want it. He doesn't hit the streets until after 7. M and would rather show you the scenes (small clubs and bars) than the brothels. If you go to Sosua at night with hopes of hooking up with a non pro or semi / pro. Give the board her name and a picture and I bet they will bring you back to reality.

Not having a ton of luck connecting with chicas on Tagged. Any suggestions? Also it could be because my situation's omplicated & I can't show my face in the profile pic, plus I'm not young or athletic. I'm not a slob or anything, in fact fairly alright for my age, but not a "hot" guy. Haha.

BTW- If you could post Charlie's # I'd appreciate it just in case.

You do not have to look like Brad Pitt, but chicas are not going to spend time communicating with a "faceless" profile. If the same thing does not work on American dating websites, then it absolutely will not work anywhere else.

If you do not plan on adding photos of yourself to your profile, you are pretty much just wasting your time. And plan on having multiple photos of yourself (anywhere from 3-5 should do). The same suspicion you get that a profile with one or two photos is probably a fake account cuts both ways.

I will be going to DR staying in Boca Chica atan all inclusive, which includes liquor too. Looking to offset my cost by sharing as I paid for me and 2 friends but they wimped out on me.
