I have not been to Valencia since 3 years ago. I hear that much rebuilding work has been done since the Americas Cup.
On my last visit I went to sleazy bars on Calle Viana, where you could have a cheap session in a room upstairs.
Is their still some action on Calle Viana?
Maybe the authorities have tried to clean up the place?

I'm going to be in Valencia next week and I'd like some advice. I've had a look through the forum and have picked up some good tips but I have a couple of questions. Is a Taxi the best way to get to Sala Maxx from the centre of town (I wont have a car)? Roughly how much should a taxi there cost? Secondly my Spanish is pretty poor so ringing places is not really an option for me, so are there any clubs etc in the centre of town worth going to that aren't just tourist rip off joints but where I'd get away with my poor spanish?

I've taken a taxi to Maxx several times from Pl. Ayuntamiento (dead centre) and it costs about €12. Always seems to cost €20 coming back though.

Valencia Chic, Showgirls & Dona Bela are all clubs and fairly central (Valencia Chic is central) and are definitely not tourist rip off joints (all from €65/30minutes). Showgirls has a €10 cover. Best girls are always at Maxx but Valencia Chic is never shabby.

I found the same with taxis to Estark in Madrid, always seemed to cost much more going back to the hotel than getting there. I'll check out the clubs you mentioned and I'll be sure to report back when I get home.

A new contender has arrived at the end of C/jose maestre called CASA MARCELA 636 026 385 with curvy brazilians a little chubby but it has a price of 100 Euros an hour all included (anal, BBBJTC) , for some of the girls. All. Thanks for your many informative reports on Valencia. I've never been anywhere in Spain, but I'm about to visit for a week, and the background that you have provided has been most helpful, especially Mike Hammer's numerous contributions.

One Lady I'd really like to meet is "Tania, " the tall, dark, Portuguese gal. As best I can figure out, her Casa now goes by the name of "Raquel's".- is that correct? Is it still on C. Maestre Jose, and does she still work there? Since I speak no Spanish, I'm trying to figure out what the best approach would be. If I call the number for Raquel's when I get into town, would I be likely to be able to communicate in English? I'm happy to visit Raquel's or to invite Tania to my hotel, whichever works best. Normally, I go the outcall route (Lady comes to my hotel), but I gather that could be much more expensive than visiting the Casa's.

Thanks to all the fine reports and some web surfing, I have a few other possibilities in mind, but if anyone has any up-to-date suggestions of experiences to seek out (or to avoid), I'd be very grateful to hear of them.

In return, I will glady provide advice on Rio, Bangkok, or various places in Australia & North America. I'm looking forward to adding Spain to my list of hobby destinations.

well, i tried contacting raquel's to find out about tania, but no one there seemed to speak english, or french, or even portuguese. my phrasebook spanish being inadequate to the task, since i only had one night available, i decided to look elsewhere rather than risk a shot in the dark with tania.

i happened upon a very recent ad from "janaina" on hotvalencia.com:

janaina...el must de canarias.

muy cachonda. 1ª vez en valencia. completísima, francés hasta el final,
griego profundo y beso negro. muy cariñosa. final con masaje relajante.

after swapping a few e-mails, we set up a visit to my hotel for 2 hours for 200 euros (total). better than many casas' in-house rates and way better than the 300 euros some of them quoted per hour for outcall, so i went for it.

janaina is a brazilian-born lass who does not live in spain, but who lives nearby and comes here to work periodically. this was her first visit to valencia, but she said that she has been to several other spanish cities.

if you get a chance to see janaina, take it. the pictures in her ad are recent and genuine. unlike tania, she is built more for comfort than for speed, but she is sweet and sexy and very unihibited. the rest of her ad is accurate as well: her francés hasta'd right to the final (twice), her griego was as profundo as i am capable of, and she beso negro'd like an enthusiastic plumber facing a clogged drain (after a quick sanitary wipe to make sure there wasn't anything unpleasant in the sink).

i highly recommend janaina to my fellow readers. worth keeping an eye out for her in cities other than valencia, too, since there's no telling when she'll return to valencia.

there's no telling when i will, either, but in the meantime, i hope i've made some contribution of use.

applies to Providers' e-mail addresses, so I omitted it.

But I just checked hotvalencia.com, and her ad is still there -- Cute blonde in a green dress, and her e-mail addy is contained within her ad. She took a couple of days to respond at first, butonce she realized I was a for-real client, she was very good about checking and getting back to me quickly. This was helpful, because I was in meetings all day where I really couldn't have these kinds of dicussions on the phone, but I could easily tap out a discrete e-mail on my Blackberry. I wish more of the Ladies would use e-mail.

It took a few days for her to respond to my initial e-mail.- maybe two or three days, but no biggie, since I started before I even arrived in town. Once we had a dialog going, we swapped several messages in one day, then had a a phone call one evening to confirm that I was really staying where I claimed I was staying, and we set up a date for the next night. From there, all went well.

Bear in mind she's only a temporary visitor to Valencia, and she may have moved on already. I didn't ask about her schedule. Even if she's gone though, a response to your e-mail would be courteous, and good business to boot.

Please do post a report if she does / doesn't respond eventually. My experience amy have been atypical.

Can anyone guide me to a safe place which is within the city and accessible by metro. Budget 50. 60 euros for half hour.
