An expensive but extremely attractive option would be to find a Czech girl (or two) whose pics both you and your wife like, and who has good reviews (either here or from a review site), and arrange to have her fly to Cozumel to meet you (they don't need a Visa for Mexico). You could probably do the same thing, but cheaper, with a beautiful Brazilian girl, but I don't know nearly as much about how to do the proper research for that area (though I'd find out pretty quickly, given the resources available).

Just make sure that the girl(s) is "couple friendly". The first day would be expensive, but you could probably negotiate each succeeding day down to 500 or 600 Euros per day, especially given the attractiveness of the destination.

You will be ok in looking for a local/working girl in Cozumel. There are about 4 main places you will want to surf.

Salsa Club, its a daytime lower end bar with a few diamonds in the rough. It closes at 6:00 PM after the cruise ships leave port. You can negotiate with them to join you in your hotel after it closes.

Greenhouse, its a cigar house used as a front for a brothel. Little slow during the day, picks up in the evening. Again negotiate, negotiate negotiate. Most will not meet you offsite during their working hours, but will after their shift or the next day.

Caribbean Queen, its a strip club, same situation as the Greenhouse, after their shift ofr then next day.

Black & White, is a strip club, not sure if its still open, but same as the Greenhouse and Caribbean Queen.

Knowing a little spanish will be helpful, make sure they understand what you want to do (loss of understanding between english & spanish languages does happen) and always settle on the price before you commit. Tipping is optional after their service depends on how good they are.

Deal directly with the girl off to the side, be discrete. Never include the club or a third party. Be careful, its not dangerous but keep attentive, NEVER PAY UPFRONT.

There are only 2 daytime places. The Salsa Club caters to the cruise ships, closes at 6:00 PM when the ships leave. Its a lover end place but I have found a few diamonds in the rough there.

The Green House is going to be hit or miss during the day, but its your better quality place. Good luck.

My only advise to you is to stay away from Cancun, what you will pay $50.00 to $100.00 for in Cozumel you will pay $200.00 to $400.00 for in Cancun.

My current plan is to take a taxi to Chilly Willies my first night, and the next day, take a ferry to Cozumel and visit the Greenhouse during the day.
