First that I would like to ask Ace Gallant that you mentioned that you have been to a KTV named Tian Shang Ren Jian in 2005 and it only cost you NT$3,100 for three hours with two girls. Here is my personal experience with KTV several days ago! The place is located close to the intersection between Nanjin East and Songjian and is named Ming Heng. After we arrived, a young hostess or mamasan led us to room with large LCD TV screen and Karaoke equipment. The room and basic service fee is NT7,000 for three hours per person. That fee included all your drinks, fruit plates, some dishes, and some tipss for the girls. They change your girl every 20 minutes and every hour the girls will provide topless dancing show. Therefore, for every three groups of girls, there is only one group will dance. For the girl who is not dancing, the tips is NT$300 per 20-minute session and for the girl who does dance, the tips is NT$500 per 20-minute session. However, part of the cost is included in the NT$7,000 charge. If you like the girl and ash her to stay, then tips is NT$1,500 per hour and that is totally additional to the basic fee. During the dancing, mostly you can feel the area that is not covered. Sometimes, light brush through private part is allowed through the panties. If you want to take the girl out, it is NT$4,500 for three hours and higher fees for overnight. I was told that it is one of the best unifrom hostess club and the quality of the girls justifies that claim, most of them are pretty and have hot body.

Coincidentally it seem that the KTV in Taipei which I had been back in 2005 has the same name as the one in Tao Yuan which I went to in Aug 2007. Anyways... there must be dozen of KTV by that name! I had been back to the Tian Shang Ren Jian in Taipei since 2005, I wonder if they are still around. This is the one I post about Tian Shang Ren Jian in Tao Yuan. I wonder if they are the same? But I did not see any familiar managers between the one in Taipei (in 2005) and the one in Tao Yuan, I assumed they are different. The pricing in Tao Yuan are as follows:

It sells for $30,000 but is worth $35,000, so you are like getting a 14.28% discount. This makes the trip going upstair costing only $3,600(making this the cheapest sauna in Taipei and maybe the whole Taiwan). I use to get this when I visited quite often. It's basically a Yo-Yo Card with $35,000 in it for $30,000. All charges that incured in Ceasar's can be deducted from the card. (Facials, Massage, Body Scrup, dining, etc.) For those who like to spend couple of hours with a girl or 2p+ this card is a real bonus. ( Once a girl told me a guy would go in and get around 10 girls, he would bang just a couple of them, but make the others get naked to watch and cheer him on)

So 2 hours in Long Hen can net you 16 upstair visits in Ceasar's. Ceasar's is the only sauna I know in Taipei that offer such deep discount for purchasing the membership card, but it's also the priciest initial investment.

Another note, I am not sure if the card is transferrable. To use it after you get it, you just have to let cashier swipe your card when paying your bill. They will ask for your signature which should be the same as the one you signed on the card when you get it. They will not ask for your picture ID when you first purchase the card, nor will they check your ID when you pay. They don't even ask for your name, just your signature. So maybe if you want to share the card with a friend it'd be OK. Just have to make sure your signature matches. Or you can go with friends, charge all bills to your card and have your friends pay you back in cash. To replenish the value in the card, you'd have to buy another $30,000.

As to Ragnarok42 wanting to try 3P at Ceasar's, I have done that before. You get 2 girls (or however many you like), but you only get one hour and one pop, unless you want to pay for 2 hours for both of them for another pop which will cost you 4 hours. This was a couple years back and not sure if it's still there. Would not repeat, but I think that it fits your criteria. Walk in and there should be a few "mature" ladies hanging around on the couch. My experience learn me that the possibilities in bars and hotels in Taipei are very limited. Try the nightclub ZigaZiga in Grand Hyatt. The ladies night on Thursday could be your chance. Usually the number of woman is rather low.

I totally agree with you that in this case there will be too many restrictions. In Mainland, if you take a girl they will normally bring in more than one condom. Minimum two. You are allowed to poped twice or three times provided that you can, within that time limit. You can also switch as many times as you like as long as there are enough condoms for you to do so. This is true in the Philippines too. Therefore it is not the same rule everywhere.

IMHO: If the MP is restricting the customer for having multiple pops, in a way they are also discouraging customer to take multiple girls. End of the day the question is; Do they want to sell more of their girls?
