Phan Thiet. Hotel M*nh H*en
Phan thiet is a town near Mui Ne beach. Most of the time in Mui Ne, I would stay with a local LTR. This time she was out of town with her band on a road tour (she is a singer, no longer in her prime, but still in good shape). When I am tired of the crowd in Mui Ne, I would venture into the nearby town called Phan Thiet, which is actually the largest city of the province. Staying at hotel M*nh H*en on Nguyen Phuc Nguyen street. Based on tips from locals, most hotel on this street and nearby streets would have girls on-call if you ask discreetly. Checked in about 2 pm, managed some small talks with front desk staff and get to know them by name. At one point in the evening, when the front desk staff was a lone young man, I asked if there is massage with "extra. " he promptly reply "I can call for you. " he told me FS would be 700 k VND. I made sure that I can turn away if I don't like the girl. He assured that I have the right of refusal and pay nothing if I turn the girl away. He asked for the time and we agreed on 9 pm. The girl showed up at 9:10 pm and she was a SYT about 20 y, no English, petite spinner. She was somewhat shy but overall we had a great time.
If you are in Phan Thiet, or in Mui Ne and want a change of scenery, this may worth a try. The front desk guy told me some of the girls can speak rudimentary English, and they all can use Google translate. Apparently the Russian tourists also discovered this area long ago. I am sure the front desk guy has his cut with the price 700 k (seemingly high for small town) but I was Ok with it, they served their function.
Hotel M*nh H*en is on corner of Nguyen Phuc Nguyen and Tuyen Quang. They have another location on Vo Van Kiet street but that location catered to large crowd. Other hotels in this area also provide similar services. You just have to ask (discreetly, of course, if you are in Vietnam long enough you will understand).

Cheap P4P in Can Tho for 300 k
In the spirit of openess I can give some hardwon info on a few establishments in Can Tho City. Not known at all on this forum are the four ca phe oms located on CMT8 street just past Nguyen Van see you just over the line from the Ninh Kieu District in Binh Thuy District. These shops are all located in the same block on the north side of the road. Two of them are next to each other. One used to be called Ngoc Bich but has changed the name since I was down in Can Tho last. And in this particular shop are the best lookers aged from about 19 to 25 or so. The next cafe over has only older heavier stock now. And another cafe a few doors away, also has young stunners. One more cafe closer to Nguyen Van see you also has older merchandise. So it is the two establishments located in between the two outer shops where the young desirable hotties are sitting usually starting at 7 PM.
Price for full service is still only 300 K. But the action takes place at a nearby short-time hotel which costs another 50 k. But the way it works is the chosen lady that goes in with you is expected to pay for the room as the two of you are leaving the hotel. At least this is what I learned after watching local men departing. They never pay for the room so neither should you.
Please be smart and never give any of these girls over 300 k. Don't ruin it for the rest of us. And always pay her after services are rendered not before. Thanks.
I will also mention the atmosphere of these cafes. Not exactly friendly. And no one speaks English. But if you go, make it clear that you know the price for full service, which always includes BBBJ, they will know you are not a sucker and allow you to proceed.
