Tipping is not customary. If you want to reward good-excellent service, you extend your booking another half hour and/or become a regular. If you want a "special service" of some sort then there is often an extra fee involved, this can sometimes be referred to as a tip, but is normally negotiated up front, not requested later. $60 is really the bottom of the barrel, for decent full service you won't pay less than $80
Very true, please people don't tip unless the chick was so amazing that she sucked your brains out via your little guy and you had nothing left to think with.
The problem with tipping in Sydney is that more often than not the girl would start thinking that "hey! I'm getting tips, I must be really good! I'll think I'll go independent. " in which case thanks you just contributed to screwing over all the guys here that know we have a good thing going. So yeah thanks you tipping asshat.
On the other hand feel free to tip in order to hide a humiliating session like blowing after 3mins of action, it makes a great story when she tell the rest of us and actually give us something to work with to setup the atmosphere because nothing relaxes us more than we we are laughing at others.
