The Biergarten on Soi 7 is BY FAR the best of these that is open in the early afternoon. Another choice is Gulliver's on Soi 5 - the ladies there charge more, but the quality is high - these are both freelancer venues, so there is no bar fine, and the price is whatever you and the lady agree on. Also, most of the bars along Soi 2 (correction - it's Soi 4) near Nana Plaza are open by 2 in the afternoon, but the pickings can be slim before 6-7 PM.

Sorry to interject a negative note, but at Welkom Inn and the Soi 7 beergarden I've never really seen a 'stunner'. Nowadays most girls in both those places are around 35-40 years old.

I think your finger slipped. Bars are in Soi 4 (rather than 2).
Some Soi 4 bars should be open in the morning, e.g "Morning Night", but don't expect the girls are real cheap.
You would be better to go to SOL for a cheapy early in the day.

Beergarten is good. Gullivers on Soi 5 is good too. 1000B ST is too high for Pattaya. 500B is more like it.

Do you mean bars where you can fuck on the premises without taking the girl away? If so, Star of Light is a place where you can have sex right in the bar without worrying who is looking.
Some bars have rooms on the premises. Deja Vu is one where I have not had to find a nearby room as Deja Vu has rooms upstairs.
But in all major bar areas there is always a short time room available very close by. Biergarten doesn't have rooms for sex, but they will be close by.

Thermae in soi 15 is highly recommendable, far better than Beer Garden, more girls and better looking.
Nana in soi 4 is very good(carpark and alongside the street by Nana Plaza).
Gullivers is ok(soi 5), but not enough girls.
Stay away from Soi Cowboy, just a rip off.
Many freelancers alongside Sukhumvit road(northside), especially between soi 3 and 5(8 pm-2am)
