Secondly, at least I can say with confidence that I get make out whether someone is a lady boy or a genuine girl. At least in 99% of the cases. People make a fuss about not being able to recognize but I never faced this issue in Thailand. One proper look and you can tell whether its a lady boy or a girl. Also lady boys are mostly found in streets and not good clubs or bars. Just avoid cheap bars or clubs and you will be fine. Also don't call someone randomly to your hotel whose number you found on Google. Don't get too drunk that you lose your senses and pick a random lady boy from the street. None of the spas have lady boys in general (may be there are exceptions which I am not aware of). Most good spas will show you line ups or pictures.

Most of the decent hotels specially in Pattaya keep the ID of the working girl at the reception which she needs to collect before she leaves the hotel. This ensures she doesn't steal any valuable from your room. In my case Oakwood Journeyhub, Pattaya even called my room to ask if everything is okay before they let the girl leave the hotel to ensure my safety and the safety of my belongings. They are professional and discreet in their conduct so you can confidently take any girl to your room in Thailand. Avoid cheap hotels and lodges. In 2-3 k you get great hotels in Thailand. Much better than you get in India at the same price. Agoda, MMT and Tripadvisor are the best platforms.

Lastly, no one has the time to flood your inbox with information and spoon feeding. Please read the Thailand forum. 100 pages of Bangkok and Pattaya threads and you are good to go. Every single club, street, spa, bar has been covered multiple times. You would have to do your own research work.

Like "I am ladyyyy". "I am lady boy" in their typical Thai tone. When they speak if they have a husky or manly voice means its a lady boy. None will have a typical female voice. Met foney few days back stays near Galleria place is easy to locate as right at the starting of the lane which she guides well. Stays in top floor place looks safe.

Incase you feel, they won't let you see their ID card, ask the receptionist to inform you if you ever bring a ladyboy to your room, they will confirm it via their ID Card.

1. If you see a very hot girl standing alone or outside hotels / bars with a very pushy attitude (trying to grab foreign men passing by and luring them) I can safely say she's a ladyboy.

2. Rarely you will be LB's standing alone or not in proximity with girls / women. Most LB's stand in a group and mostly away from girls. Whether be it Nana or the road leading from Nana to Asok BTS. Mostly I have seen LB's standing alone (max you can see before or after Thermae but not right inside / front of Thermae). Even in Pattaya, WS LBs are standing alone.
