Please suggest some cheap hotels that are couple friendly and Hygienic for short term basis. I know a lot of options are available on Brevistay but Google reviews are not promising.

Every hotel nowadays have CCTV cameras and they will kick you out from hotel with your ladies. Don't try such tactics. Plus ID is necessary nowadays.
