That, + the entrance + 3 Skols = $R340. Only 3 GPD's did anything for me, (all my trips have jaded me.) I may return for another session with one of the three that I liked. No one asked for any tips as I was leaving. Walked back to the Metro station around 10:30p. Lot of people out and about on the main streets at that time. The Metro was not very busy.

Perusing GPguia has inspired me to check out other venues ala sperto.

Cacau's site does not list prices. GPGuia list an hour at $R150 + $R40 for the back door. I was charged $R120, so, YMMV.

Karol stated there were other prives in the building, but did not know of Ju Panteras. I was wondering if the building had short term apartments to rent.

After several nights of going to Balcony and leaving without anyone, I went to Barbarella.

Flavia just left my hotel. She is very cool, cute girl with big bolt ons and braces. Noticeably hotter than must. She is one of the dancers at Barbs. She hung out with me and was very flirtatious / touchy / kissy for 3 hours. R500 for 2 pops. She is as close to GFE as you will get at Barbs. Didn't ask for money up front, didn't do anything you would expect a Barbs girl to do. Kisses with tongue, BBBJ, and she even did a little of the Portuguese equivalent of besos negros would be (Beijos pretos?) , which was very surprising for me to find in Brazil.

But I'll pony up the extra $100USD any day for the experience I got. That being said, I realize I got lucky given the terrible experiences I have had at Barbs.

Two other things I didn't know:

1) she said the girls have to stay until 4 if someone doesn't take them. There were tons of girls just sitting around at 2:30. Might be a good strategy to wait until then to strike a deal if you're into negotiations.

2) Flavia said she worked at Centaurus for a day when the price was R450. She got R200 of that and had 4 clients. She didn't like it.

Your 90 days (for europeans) stay in Brazil can be extended for another 90 days. You extend your visa at Polícia Federal. It must be done at Polícia Federal at Galeao International airport. It can no longer be done at Polícia Federal in Leblon, Rio Sul or Praça Mauá.

You also have to pay R$67.

If you overstay without had your visa extended you can be fined when you leave. I overstayed a couple of times and acted like a dumb gringo and never got fined. However if you get fined, the fine is only R$8,7/day. Actually when I spoke with Polícia Federal today the guy recommended me not to extend my visa.

Museum the Imagem e do Som is constructed where former Help was located. On the construction site they have a visitors lounge with cute girls that gives a lot of information about the museum. The reason it looks the work has stopped is because the museum will have three floors underground and they are working on these floors. In all there will be six floors.

There will be a museum, exhibitions, café, restaurants, shops, theater, cinema, terrace and even a boate (no, not a new Help).

It's supposed to be finished in the beginning of 2014 (but most likely it will be delayed).

Yesterday I got a very urgent need to visit Annes Massagem in Tijuca. The need was caused after seeing the ass of the cashier at Five Sports in Barra Shopping. An absolutely amazing ass (quite small but extremely round and pouty, like there were two small footballs in her spandex trousers). The girl who rings up your selection : The black girl who you present your key to when you go upstairs with the girl you choose, she asks for tips now too. My last 2 times in 4x4, she asked me for a 5-10R tip when she was entering in my info. I don't think I got anything out of it, no extra time, nada.

The guy who collects the exit card. For a while he was very aggresive in asking for tips when you handed him your exit card. Once he even stood in front of me and blocked my way! I was pissed as hell and damn near had to shove him out of my way so I could leave!

The girls who ring up the bill : I don't know why some stupid ass Americans started tipping them but now they expect that all Americans will give them tips. In fact, if you don't give them tips, they will help themselves. On a number of occasions, they have robbed me of 1-2 reais in change that I was supposed to get back from them. When you call them out on it, they get all pissy like you did something wrong!

Security Guards : I never found out why, but I was very surprised to seee that 4x4 has security guards now. I don't know what sparked that. A couple of times, after Ihave paid my bill and am exiting the lobby to go downstairs, I have been asked by the security guards for a tip. I just ignore them and keep it moving.[/QUOTE]This habit by the girls in the front desk asking for tips is f*ken annoying to me. Particularly at Monte Carlo and Solarium. A couple of years ago, I just responded by asking them if I am going to get a discount. Which they usually say "no". The I respond "no discount, no tip". Ultimately, I just let them know that if you don't help me, I can't help you. They hate that response. So I always give them the same response. Wake up call for anyone thinking about tips for these characters. 9 out of 10 times they only ask non-brazilians. Figure it out! My 2 cents.

The Catagalo closure is much shorter, though I don't remember how long.
