I'm a family law attorney, and there are other issues that can sidestep a prenup. For example, a prenup cannot limit child support if she gets pregnant, or any other child issues. Additionally, if she is especially vicious, she may allege that you assaulted her, even going to lengths to falsify injuries (like cutting herself), so she can make a claim for tort damages, which would not be covered by a prenup. Bottom line is that there is no substitute for being very careful before committing to any woman.

People have various reasons for extended holidays with a BG. I'll comment on how well my trip went to meeting those:

The primary reason anyone brings a BG is "I want unlimited access to sex with a known, skilled provider". Achieved with distinction! Regardless of attitudes of her or me at the time, Service was always available when required and the skill and enthusiasm never dropped. If anything, sessions during frosty moments was more heated and passionate.

"I want to save money and not pay repeated bar fines and / or inflated service charges at remote or tourist areas". I spent 10 k per week for her, 14 k on airfares to two destinations and probably 2 k per day on her trips, trinkets and food. Surprisingly, food in tourist destinations was not a trivial cost. It literally cost more to feed her than fuck her. Do the math over 14 days and the exercise cost 60 k. In hindsight, this could have paid a lot of tourist mark ups for local short timers, a hell of a catch up blow out upon return to civilization or even an extension to the holiday.

"I want to take someone for company or to talk to". Clearly an absolute failure after the third day. It also severely restricted access and contact to other tourists and locals both pinay and visitors.

"I want to take someone with local knowledge / language and who can help organize local requirements". She was absolutely useless at organizing anything with tour offices, taxis etc. It didn't help that she is from Manila and doesn't speak Visayan.

So, would I do it again?

The only way I would do an extended trip again would be with a couple of guys and a few girls so that everyone has something to do and someone to speak with. In hind sight, one on one is only workable for short periods. The Service provided was great and I have no doubt we will catch up again back in her bar but it will be in much shorter periods and in areas where she can be traded out when it's time for a change.

If I was to do another multi week trip I would probably rely on sourcing local providers or if I did want to take someone, it would be multiple people for shorter periods each.

One thing that several people have mentioned (and she has done in the past) is taking a girl to mongering destinations eg. AC, Subic, Cebu etc. To me this is totally counter productive and I would not recommend it. Just recruit locally even if there is an extra tourist tax. It will work out easier in the long run.

What is it with guys falling in love with BGs who are obviously still at work and / or rooting around?

It appears the primary sponsor of the BG in my holiday post has put two and two together, come up with fifteen and figured out what his "girlfriend" has been doing for the last two weeks. The solution?? Get her a passport, ship her off to Japan and live happily ever after. Of course she will never see anyone else or return to the bar when she's back in town. Well maybe just on days ending in "why".

Not the first time I have returned from a holiday with a busy girl to find a jealous sponsor who decides he will be able to "save" her and thinks he will be able to make a honest women out of her.

Many girls have told me how they have turned up for planned meetings, often having borrowed the fare to get there, only to find the guy is either not there, never planned to be and, in one extreme case, was still at home in LA, Calif when he planned a meeting with her online.

Two girls have told me that they now wait until the guy confirms with them that he is actually at a planned meeting site before they leave home so they will not waste their money on fares. They do this because they have experienced being "stood up" by guys who get their kicks out of having girls follow their instructions. Somehow it makes the guys feel powerful at having women follow their instructiona. Weird stuff.

I agree that it is extremely frustrating for us but sometimes it helps to understand their thinking.

I know of one ISG monger who screwed another purely because the former was / is an a**hole.

He was in Australia, the other guy USA but gave the Aussie a good contact. She chatted to the Aussie on cam, he said he was in Cebu, lots chat, said he would meet her Ayala that evening so she dressed up and took a taxi (which he said he would pay for) and went there to meet him.

But he was in Australia and did it deliberately to to screw up the other guy and the relationship he had with the girl (spiteful and nasty individual).

She was out of pocket (the USA guy sent the cash to cover the fare etc once he found out) and she never trusted the USA guy much again.

Some real trolls out there in our mongering world also.

Now I just tell them a time an hour before my expected time and I DO NOT plan around them. I won't wait at the hotel or the meeting place. I will say I am there but meanwhile I'll be close, I'll be going about my banking, the groceries, sending stuff at LBC, getting gas, etc etc etc. SO, I am close, I choose meeting places that suit me and let me do the above. If they miraculously are on time, I just switch the order of activity.

So, it's not so much that they are late? Did we expect them to be on time? So, plan the meet time with other activity and then the specific timing doesn't impact on us.

And, if you consider jeepney, trike, friends, scooters, the electricity supply, the internet...it's amazing there is anything ontime.

And then there are girls whom are always organised and on time. the keepers.

I was just preparing Treading Water for what to expect with one example (its all made up but I guess we all have encountered something similar). For reasons behind why things are they way they are I am in total agreement with RK and others. No wonder why girls want more or less solid proof you are actually in Phils at agreed location if they are to spend their own cash for travels.

I will admit I have sent a few fake MTCNs around but only to girls deserving it (different ballgame).

When you sit there with a hard on excited to meet a cute small one just be prepared or expect what I wrote could happen. When you get the hang of it your mental balance will be better.
