Until my last trip in December, I would have agreed with this, but my take is that recently, the quality of the pooyang in the Biergarten is dramatically improved over prior visits. I took out two stunners that I repeated with that were quite fine, and there were more than a few alternates who would also have been excellent choices based on appearance. Very few of these ladies appeared to be over 30 (the two hot ones that I took were 27 and 25, with nary a hint of childbirth). I used to think of the Biergarten as the closest equivalent of the Star Wars bar that Bangkok had to offer, but that was surely not the case this past December.

On the downside, all of these ladies were now asking FAR more than Opebo has ever been known to pay. I saw precious few mutants who would have accepted 500-600 and been thankful for it.

Actully, I pulled two OUTSTANDING beach road ladies for 500 each in mid-December. Each of whom I repeated with multiple times, and one of whom was actually the highlight of my entire trip, and I would have happily paid her 1200 ST and 2000 LT if she had negotiated for it. If she had not been out of commission for a few days because her Aunt Flo came calling, I'd have taken her every single night I was in Pattaya.

Admittedly, this is the exception, not the rule, but those gems ARE out there.

I am a relative newbie to the trade. I was in BKK recently for 2 nights. I checked out some of the usual spots and ended up spending some time at the Nana Hotel bar. I was at the bar for about 15 or 20 minutes chatting with the bar girls when a girl sitting next to me started making contact with me, touching, flirting, etc. She was obviously very drunk. Her face was butt ugly but she had a killer body. She pulled up her shirt and bra to show me the goods which were so nice I thought they were fake so I had a squeeze to make sure they were real, they were. She then pulled down the front of her jeans to show me the upper slice of her sweet pie. She tells me that she is staying at the Nana Hotel with another girl and she shows me the room key sticking out of her ass crack. She wants me to come up to her room with no mention of a price. At that point I am still feeling the place out so I am not in a hurry. After a couple of minutes of playing around she asks me if I will buy her a drink. I agree to buy her a drink (this girl does not work at the bar). So, a couple minutes later a girl that works at the bar presents me with a bill for 580 baht. What? She wanted me to pay for all the drinks she had that evening before I even met her. The rod in my pants quickly descended. I told her that I would buy her a drink but not all her previous drinks. Tears quickly welled up in her eyes but I held firm. I turned away from her to watch the television. She begins causing a scene at the bar and the bar girls are trying to calm her down. With tears in her eyes she finally pays her own bill. By that time the boss comes over to talk to her. As the boss is escorting her out of the bar she stops to ask me to come up to her room for free and gives me her room number. Thinking this could be more trouble than it’s worth I politely decline. After she leaves the bar the bar girls kept urging me to go up to her room because "it’s free". I would have loved to have tagged that but with all the trouble she was causing and her drunken state I think I made the right decision.

Jimmy, I couldn't even imagine this could be the point of contention. Decent looking women are available for 500B ST all around Beach Rd. Of course they are always on the lookout for big spenders, or as you say: "2 week millionaires". The last thing we need is for false rumors to spread thus fulfulling the 1000B prophecy. There is no reason to go to a shit hole like Pattaya, with no swimmable beach, to pay 1000B ST. Might as well stay in Bangkok. When will this madness stop? Only yesterday some guy was asking for suggestions in Patpong telling us the price is no an issue. If price is not an issue why not go to Tokyo? For most of these people price is not an issue only because it's dirt cheap to begin with. Cheap sex is special not only because it's cheap but because being cheap makes it very special.

I hear stories like this all the time but never seem to see any photos of them, I have NEVER seen an OUTSTANDING girl on Beach Road, if they are outstanding what the fu** are they doing on Beach Road. ?????

It wont stop because in high season for every monger like you who only wants to pay 500 baht there will be another who is more than happy to pay 1000 baht or even more.

There will always be people who just don't give a damn if they spoil the market. But I truly believe that most are rational enough not to pay double the going rate. They usually don't get better girls or better service with their extra 500B. With over 200,000 people reading ISG what is said here does make a difference. There is a reason why some sign on and on their very first post start advertising certain massage parlors. They would do better by training their personnel not to slack off. Anyway, arguing about it is just a big waste of time.

Mostly, they're newbies. Certainly the two really nice ones that I pulled were. As far as photos, I wasn't aware of my responsibility to edify YOUR desires when I am enjoying the company of a hot young thing whom I am paying. I don't post photos of the fuglies and the overpriced girls and the ones with bad attitudes either. In fact, I don't post photos at all. Because it's not my thing.

Suffice it to say, I pulled about 25 different ladies over the course of my 3 weeks in Thailand. And the Short Time prices ran the gamut from 500 baht on Pattaya Beach Road, to as much as 1500 baht in Bangkok. And of these 25 different ladies, the VERY best of them was a beautiful 21 year old newcomer who I pulled from Beach Road in Pattaya. she was sitting on a bench eating some food she had just bought in a roadside stand. I stopped her and said hello. She was immediately friendly and asked me where I was going, and I told her. I asked her how much, and she said - "how much you pay short time?" I offerred her 500 because I was on beach road, and I fully expected her to come back with 1000. Instead, she smiled and said sure. She was great, enthusiastic, sweet, and spoke pretty decent english. I saw her again each of the next 2 days, and then she had her period, - first witnessed when I was with her the third time, and said didn't return my calls during each of the next 3 days. I called her again the last day of my trip, and she said she'd see me, and I spent my last 4 hours in Pattaya with her for 1000, before leaving for the airport.

I also saw one other Beach Road lady who was ALMOST as nice and equally hot, from Chiang Mai, who I did during the days my other friend was not available (she only worked afternoons, which might explain why she wasn't in a bar), and 2 others from beach road who were nowhere NEAR as enjoyable as the two best.

It is what it is. Some folks have negotiated the BBBJ down to as low as 500. And others pay quite a bit more for their ST/FS.
