Try Menik spa in Borella, or one of the Wasana spas either in Slave Island or Mount Lavinia.

Tried this place 2 weeks before. I was unable to locate the place in the morning. Again tried around 11.30 am. Many towels were hanging. So I guessed this is the place and it was it. This is the 2 story house (old) at the end of the road in front of the Temple.
