Just a suggestion:

Goa is a tourish-pro state, so tourists are taken care of by the locals. However, mongers are looked down upon and are very easy targets for the clans of people working the streets with WGs, etc.

Be very careful when working alone in such areas. Try and have at least one friend accompany you in such cases (I know, I know, it's easier said than done, but still).

Always keep the number of a local person (a person who you know there) handy in case of emergencies. Calling someone in another state during an emergency will not work as they will not be able to come for a quick rescue.

Not to scare you as such, but Goa is scary if you are going into the Russian, CIS arena.

My views though. I am sure there will be several people who have mastered the art of being "The Bachelor" and scoring nice chicks there.

You may rarely find a woman sunbathing on a beach bed or on the sands topless, mostly chest down, for sun bathing and tan. Mostly old and obese women. That's not called nudity. That too only in high season, which ended in may. This is monsoon season, you will hardly find anybody on beaches. Plus nudity is banned on Goan beaches. June to November you will not find anybody on the beaches except on weekends when you will find Indian tourists in popular beaches like Calangute Candolim Baga. And some south Goa beaches like Colva and Varca and Palolem. If anybody says otherwise you will be disappointed.

Cola beach is down south. And now is not the right time to go there. Its secluded but some tourists do venture out there. So be careful before you bare it all.
