I visited Dubai a week ago and explored the street scene.

Al Mankool.

From 09:00 pm till mid night you may find street walkers in the parking lot between Ramada and Majestic hotels. It is a very romantic scene. In dim light in the shades of trees you may find some scantily dressed PRCs and a few Africans publically inviting for a night full so sin. PRCs usually asking from AED 200-300 but usually go for AED 200 probably even cheaper depending upon your bargaining skills. Most of them are picked by punters in the cars. They just drive in the parking space slowly having a good look, stop for a few moments, strike the deal and off they go. You may also find them around the corner of the York.

Al Rigga.

Plenty of street walkers, primarily PRCs and a few Africans. The asking price is AED 200. I even saw two very decent Russians / Central Asians wandering aimlessly for about half an hour. Tried to make eye contact but was not successful. They eventually entered a restaurant / bar close to the Al Rigga Metro station. When I was going back, I saw a group of 5/6 Russians going up the lifts. I have every reason to believe that they were WGs but I was too tired to follow them. I was told by one African that many hotels on the street have bars with WGs including Indian / Pakistanis but I was short of time and could not confirm them.

Overall quality was not bad but definitely no stunners. However, I think it's a good value for money considering the fact that you can pick them by car, no entry fee, no ridiculous drink price and cheaper than AED 200 is almost Bangkok price.

Nice bar (more like restaurant) with lots of tables and chairs. It is almost exclusively African joint. I went there on Sunday. It was not busy, only 6/7 singles were sitting in one corner. There were a few clients sitting with their dates (or 'dates') on the tables enjoying meals and occasionally dancing. No band on Sunday. Entry is free but draught Foster is AED 37. Given the poor quality, low volume not recommended. Please note that situation may different on other week days.

Would you say a lot of these pak girls could be operating in a group, doing scams. As an earlier post from imperial suites had said, how after 30mins, pak girl left saying she had headache, even though she had been paid for whole night.

She was found later in the same bar!

Would you say premier has better, more sophisticated paki girls?

Are they dressed in western or pakistani clothes. And do they go up to guys like the cis and africans do,

I assume these paki girl are not the sort who service the indiam / pak labourers in the gold souk area, but are cleaner and better quality?

I felt like a real fool being ripped off like that. Ironically, the Pak girl had given me her mobile number the night before. In fact, she also showed me her real Pakistani passport. Her name was Saira Tabassum (I will never forget that name ever again!). I tried calling her mobile but obviously she wasn`t going to take my calls after ripping me off, so I sent her some text messages reminding her that I know her real name, and that I will report her to Dubai Police for robbing me (which I obviously was never going to do). Suddenly, I received a reply from her. She started texting in her broken English that she is very sorry for what she did and she had some problems at home which is why she stole my stuff (how does stealing my perfume and clothes resolve her problems in Pakistan? WTF!). I was getting late to go to the airport, so I sent her a message back telling her it`s too late and I`ve already forwarded all her details to the police, so she can expect a call from them soon.

I left it at that but I`ve certainly learnt a big lesson from this. In future, whenever I take ANY girl from ANY country back to my room, I will have locks on all my bags, and put my toiletries in the safe! So beware fellow punters of the crooks operating out of Premiere lounge.[/QUOTE]

My PRC regular has returned home to look after mama, possibly never to return to Dubai, so I decided to go after some fili last night. I normally go to Sea View but thought I would try somewhere different, and ended up going to Ratsky at Karama.

I got there at 9:30 when it was still pretty empty. The waitress showed me to a table and got me a beer. The table in front was reserved for a Mr Mjolnir. Not a very common name, so I assumed I was going to get a chance to meet a real, live ninja. But it was not to be, as a cute little fili called Josephine caught my eye and we left about 11:30, which was before Mr Mjolnir arrived.

Josephine was OK, at 700 for the night, but she spoiled it by deciding at 06:20 that she had to leave. She seemed a bit surprised that she didn't get any taxi money, so I had to explain that I do not reward that sort of behaviour by paying extra.

I'm departing Sunday for my first visit ever to the ME to Dubai. I've read the forums here and on ECCIE. Still have a few questions and appreciate any help you can provide. PM or posted. I'm staying at Hotel Grosvenor near the "marina". Is there much WG action at this hotel? Older posts suggest that there is not much action and / or action is higher priced at the two main bars / clubs. Budda Club and Bar 44. Can anyone confirm this? Is the Grosvenor still WGF?

I also have the list of the hotel bars to frequent: TGIT, Jockeys, Imperial, York, Rockafellas, Rumours, Seaview, Rattlesnake, Premiere, Jules, Broadway, etc. For me (a newbie to Dubai) , which bar would you recommend? Can I take someone I meet at one of these bars back to the Grosvenor or is it better get a room at the hotel with the bar?

Lastly, I would enjoy hooking up with a CIS / Russian gal. If anyone had any direct recommentations, I would very much appreciate it. Please PM me. I can't share any Dubai reviews yet but I would gladly give you advice on cities that I know (e. G, Boston).

Be warned there is a huge conference in Dubai that week with over 4,000 lawyers descending upon our little slice of the desert. Expect hotels, bars, restaurants, golf courses and hookers to be extremely busy. Told one of my regulars last night and her eye's lit up at the prospect of being able to charge top dollar for a week and can't blame her. So might be better to keep out for that week or call one of your regulars!

Cross that one off the list (or just repeat a few times before crossing it off.)

The top going rate is 1000 - 1500 aed LT. If you pay more your a fool.
