1. Taxi. You have to make a deal with the driver. It's a 90-120 minute ride. Its going to run you a lot, as he must round-trip back to Manila without a fare. He will ask upwards of p4000.

2. Hotel in Manila for the night, and pickup the bus from either Swagman Hotel, Malate, or Southern Cross Hotel, Malate. Busses run several times / day, and are p600 and aircon.

3. Have your hotel send their car / driver to pick you up (most offer the service). It will run about p2500-3000.

One of the things I love most about the Philippines and Angeles in particular is the GFE. While I frequently get distracted by a great body or cute face, I keep trying to improve my interviewing skills.

Saw a article in this month's Men's Health that suggests noticing the following:

1. If she laughs at your jokes or maintains eye contact, she thinks you're cute and charming.

2. If she goes awhile without checking her phone (nearly impossible in the Phils) you are succeeding.

3. If she finds ways to touch you, she wants you.

If he does not agree just walk to a different cab or take the bus to Resort World and get a cab from there. Ask for the free bus which runs every 10-20 min.

I like your post Glen. I'm not sure why it's in the AC thread though. I'll add my comments based on AC!

1 Her job security and income is directly related to HER being cute and charming. Among other things.

2 Many bars don't allow phones. But slip her your phone number anyway and see what happens.

3 There is all manner of touching in AC. Some want to give you a massage, but let's cut to the chase. If she's got her hand on the family jewels, she's doing one of two things, and usually both. 1. Phi girls are not much into laughing at your jokes. These girls not that intelligent to understand jokes.

As for eye contact, she is looking to see if you will barfine her and improve her finances. These girls go with all sorts of guys every day. It has nothing to do with cute and charming.

2. Not all girls are into looking at their phone. Mainly it is a force of habit. It does not mean they are ignoring you. My non P4P GF listens to music on her phone. It is normal.

3. It is true if the girl is always touching you she likes you. Once again with bargirls it could be just an act.

4. Ever see a girl sit still? Girls are always fidgety. Usually checking their face in the mirror or adjusting their hair or adjusting their clothes. Nothing to do with impressing anybody.

The last of the Fields Avenue bars is D'Club. Continuing two blocks westwards or upwards (passing misc shops) you come to Don Juico Avenue, aka Perimeter. The first bar is Ponytails. Perimeter is really two areas with one open space separating them. Most of the gogo-bars here are small, but a few are larger. Some have a pool-table. Difficult to say which are best as it depends on your taste and what you're up to. IMO the mid-size / small are best for bf, although not the very smallest one since selection wil be too small, of course. Bf is 1800 in the bars nearby Fields going down to 1300 furthest away. Drinks 70. LD 140. These places are best visited early in the afternoon, but they generally stay open until 10pm. I was there between 4 and 7pm (on three different days) , if you go at a different time your experience may be different.

Perimeter Bars. Overview: Open bars as of August 6th 2012: (most of them I just looked into quickly, so when I write "OK" that means the place is worth a visit, but not outstanding.)

Ponytails: OK+ Large stage two tiers bf 2500/1800 (se color of tag). A large place but inpersonal.

Lune Time: OK? Another large place. A bit expensive. Next door is:

Showtime: OK. Small place.

Stampede: This place is really good, Mid-size. Many pretty girls.

Brass Knob Club: OK. Small.

Eruptions: up a side street. OK? I am not sure about this place. Large, but very few customers when I was there. Girls looked average.

Dr. Holms: OK. Small place with average girls. It's on the corner, there's an inside passage to Eruptions.

Gentleman's Club: upstairs. OK. Also somewhat large, but few girls and customers.

Emotions: OK+. I liked this one. Some of the girls are attractive.

Then there's ten minutes to walk (or take a jeepney) passed some hotels, a church and an open space. Dangerous too walk here after dark, better take a trike. Then there is a side street sharply to the left, go down here a few meters and you come to:

Miss Magic: OK. A large place but almost empty when I was there. Some nice girls though. Turning back up to the main street you come to four small bars in a row:

TripleX: OK+. A few beautiful ones here.

Bare Assets: OK

Det5: OK

Candy Bar: OK. Some nice girls. Continuing a block up the street you come to:

Shack Drill: OK+ Just passed Perimeter Sports Bar. This place could have been really good. Some beautiful girls, but it's too dark.

NN: This bad place is just after Garfield Sports Bar. Too aggressive for my taste: "I give you blow job!"

Down a side street there are three small friendly bars. One of them called Nifty's. All are OK- Turning back to the main street:

Matrix Brown: A BJ-place? I didn't like it. Difficult to leave as three girls held my arms and a fourth pull down the zipper of my pants.

Ice: Good. Several nice girls and a relaxing place. Then there's four bars in a row:

Nasty Duck: OK. Small.

TA: OK. Small.

Midnite Rock: OK. Small.

Happy 69 Rock: The last bar I visit on this strech. It's really good, several pretty girls here.

Further on there are more bars according to Wayne's map, but I didn't venture that far.

Conclusion: The best ones are Stampede, Ice, Happy 69 Rock. Next best are Emotions, Triple-X, Shack-Drill. The Perimeter bars are a good and cheaper alternative to Fields, but also here you may have issues with attitude and runners (imo Subic Bay is better for a gf-experience).

In the middle of a Typhoon:

So I am finally back in AC. On the first evening I check out the new bars on Fields, + some of the old ones I know from earlier trips. But nothing new. The big show-orientated bars (Atlantis, Doll House, etc.) are expensive and the girls tend to have some an attititude. Good place to watch but not bf. In the smaller places the prices are lower and the girls are more friendly, but you have to be lucky to find a pretty one. But in Typhoon I am lucky. She has a nice face, and a really fine body. Barfine has now increased to 2000, they have this "party bottle", I drink one glass of this strange stuff. Typhoon is a rather good place, lots of girls packed on a rather small stage and geared towards bf. We go to my hotel, the girl is really nice. After one session she wants to leave, I convince her to stay all night, a good gf-experience. An interesting observation: When I ask here to stay, she says: "Ok, but I have to text my friends so they don't become worried about me. Is it ok that I use the phone?" Yes, she behaves very good, not using her cellphone more than that, is it you Westcoast that have tought her? ;)

The next day I want to check out some bars on Perimeter Road, since I have never ventured so much into this area before. I start with Candy Bar, not bad, but suddenly it's packed with smoking koreans. Nearby is Triple-X. This place is small but good. Several good-looking girls here. One of them smiles to me from stage and I invite her down. I detect a bit of an attitude in her, but since she is generally friendly and really hot (both face and body is nice) I bf her. 1300 ST. Now there's a terrible traffic jam and it takes ages to get to my hotel. She's really good in bed, although she has a slightly attitude (a bit irritating), and she's not very gf. Don't know about more than two; sadly didn't give that a try. But two Filipinas in one session is a nice time, even if they don't do the lez thing fer ya.

Can somebody in AC report on the weather there? Is it as bad as Manila? Read from the Phil Inquirer website that NLEX near Balintawak is not passable to all traffic just like many parts of Manila. Looks like I might have to divert my flight from Manila to AC.

In Manila they can get away with it because lots of familes come to Manila including foreign tourists.
