That's only about 50 k more than Classic and Classic is nowhere near as nice as Malioboro. I don't care if it's the same girls, give me Malioboro every time if the price is that similar.

I saw some news about them going through and demolishing some of kalijodo it is this really gone or are they just playing this up for the news?

Anyone on the scene that can shed some light on this? TIA.

Usually, I don't see girls leaving with men but I do remember a couple of years ago seeing three or four girls leave together with an equal number of men from the same bar (I noticed because one of the girls is one I had hoped to session with); I guess they were having some sort of party at a hotel.

So, it is not the norm, but probably still possible. I would think it would be prohibitively expensive though at a place like Malioboro or Alexis, but then again that depends on how much money one has to spend on this.

It begins the evening of June 5 (I believe) and continues for somewhere around a month.

As to nude dancing, I have read reports, probably on this forum but maybe elsewhere, that it is back. I may find out on my next trip, although I tend not to stick around at these places very late, which is when I understand most of the nude dancing occurs.

800 or 900 k a "few" years ago? I think that was more than a few. The price now for takeout after 11 pm is 1. 65 million, and if before 11 pm it's around 3 million. Even more at Malioboro or Alexis.

Does anyone have reliable pricing info on Malio? I am talking about the dancer girls and the ones that come up to you all the time in pairs? A number of them came up and some of them are just incredible models in looks. I started negotiating with one she said 1. 5 M then the waiters said 1. 8 M and on top of that you have to buy 20 65000 (3 pound) sweet water shots. Then he wrote down another 1 M on paper so total over 3 M (over 150 pounds for a pop). I just don't like this absurd and unclear pricing structure.

Keep in mind they add 35 percent service charge on top of drinks and food and the room as well. So you may end up paying 200-300 pounds. That's crazy.

I took a sideliner girl for 1. 1 M which I was told was all in, ended up paying 700 K on top of this for a room with a 35 percent "tax". So down 110 GBP total which included my entry and food.

I'd love to try many of these girls but it doesn't sound like the place is setup for repeat customer. It would be great if anyone could explain what is best strategy there at Malio.

Later went to Alexis, and its a much easier environemnt: 1. 4 M for locals and 2. 4 for imports. Both are good quality. Great spa, included in your hour, clear pricing. Girls aren't pushy at all unlike M!

But some of the talent at M is insanely hot. I wish I knew how it works.

Taxis mention club Illegals and Kings Cross as new spots. Passed by Illegas and looked quite big. Any scoop on these?

For takeout Alexis has club on ground floor and that's a good place for a freelancer. Illegals might be also. Will try those tomorrow and possible LA and Hotel Classic terminal.

It was around five years ago, possibly four and a half, that I paid 800 or 900K for an overnight out of LA Bar that started at 1 am. I consider that "a few years ago," maybe you don't. It was when Jenny (if I'm recalling her name right) was one of the mama-sans at LA Bar. This was before she moved to Sari-Ayu but after she left Angrek (I was told she used to work at Angrek but don't know this from personal experience).

1. 65 million is the current price for takeout after 11pm. The price years ago doesn't really matter.

You can try the golden crown and Colossuem in Kota both w many freelancer, Millie use to my favorite too have been going down hill since 2010 pick up many freelancer there before when I was staying at the Olympic hotel cross the st and Stadium is closed. Golden crown is my favorite girl there go for 700 k st to one juta all night but many girl is on ecstasy.

Punters planning on visiting Pangerang Jayakarta should be aware that it may be targeted later in the year for razia.

These are the periodical police raids where they will lock down an area and sift through all they find there. There have been a few issues there with security taking a bit of a heavy handed approach with some who have stepped out of line. The fact that this place is a fair bit more downmarket and has a wide cross section of Indonesians visiting means it is not without it's risks.
