I do not think it is a full on Pico De Cedula like the lockdown way, it seem sot only affect getting into places that hold a whole lot of people, this article just mentions shopping centers, financial institutions, Bazurto Market, department stores and supermarkets.
My question is will this be the only restrictions? Are the bars and restaurants expempt?
Is it not as harsh as before when saying that one could not even be out of their home unless they had right number on Cedula?
Do these number system apply to foreigners passports the way it does a local's cedula?
