Some not all girls do extras, by negotiation with the girl, when you meet them they will tell you whether they do extras or not. You can get to most places by bus, train or cab. Sydney is expensive for parking.

There are plenty of places to visit in, or close to, the CBD, so getting around shouldn't be a problem. A lot depends on which "CBD" hotel you choose. Plenty of public transport but you really have to know where you are going to be able to pick the correct service(s) to get there. Parking is not cheap, but you might get a discount rate in the hotel car park. On street parking can be hard to find at times.

Taxis are the easiest solution, but they can be in short supply at certain times of the day, and they don't like short trips!!

Sydney is a waste of time for P4P, this is a city to come with company, not a great place to find it.

A big question when visiting Sydney is maybe, is it a short visit or a longer one?

A longer one gives you time to get organised and probably works out at least a bit more cost-efficient. A flying visit (eg a day or two when changing planes) is costly and rather less fun.

I stayed for two nights recently. I've stayed for long periods before, so wasn't missing out on tourist sites I've done already. I thought two nights would ease the pressure, but it didn't really. I haven't experienced the Melbourne scene, so I'm no expert; but comparing comments on this forum, the prices and variations in quality of service are similar in both cities.
