I am about to make my first trip to Macau, and this site has been the best I have found. Can anyone comment on the availability of anal? Is it part of the menu, how much does it cost, and if it is not offered at the saunas, where can it be found? Also, with the two girl specials, are the girls fooling around with each other as well?

East Spa at the Waldo Hotel
I picked up a sauna package for East Spa at the Macau Ferry Terminal in HK on Friday afternoon. Avoiding the cheapest package, I went for the $199x option. At my request, they gave me a ticket for the next ferry, and I hurried through immigration and onto the boat.
This was to be my first trip to a Macau sauna, and I'd heard mostly good things about East Spa. It's an easy walk from the ferry terminal, for a start! There's no need for a blow-by-blow account, but here's my impression of the place:
* Spotlessly clean, and very accessible even for non-Chinese speakers like myself.
* The "shows" (I sat through two) are magnificent: lines of well-drilled (heh) girls in cute costumes molest the customers in time to the music. The lack of underwear means, while one girl is sitting on your lap licking your nipple, you can see the pussies of all the girls servicing the punters opposite. Wow.
* The girls themselves are first-rate in terms of looks. There wasn't a single one that I'd have rejected.
* I chose number 12 ("My name Nini") for my full service. She was (as I suspect they mostly are) a beautiful smiling robot. No DATY. No DFK. She ran through her checklist of services mechanically. A perfect body and lovely face will only carry you so far; overall she was a major turn-off.
* The ancillary services saved the evening. I had two sessions in the hot-tub. Firstly with number 71 (who I was auditioning for possible selection as full-service girl). Sauna e Massagem Familia Nobre
Since I was in Hong Kong and had read about the outstanding Macau saunas, I thought this would be a great time to try one out. I've been following this forum for some time and have seen all the comments on the various saunas available. Based on Samurai's report of 11-11-06, I decided to try the Sauna e Massagem Familia Nobre. And, I wasn't disappointed!
Having followed the Macau forum for some time I knew to go to the third floor of the Shun Tak ferry terminal in Central. It was an easy walk from the Star Ferry Terminal. I had expected that each sauna would have its own sales desk, but that is not the case. There are a number of "travel agents" who represent all of the saunas. Except for the Sauna e Massagem Familia Nobre. I found only two that had this package.
The agent told me that the basic package was $998HKD and the management would pick the girl for a 90 minute FS session. For $1498HKD you could pick your own girl. He also said that the package came with 2 additional "services". After paying my money, he gave me a stamped coupon and a ferry ticket. You get the return ferry ticket from the sauna manager when you leave there.

There was no one on the ground floor, so I took the elevator up. Here I was greeted by a man who motioned me to the front desk. I gave them my stamped coupon and was motioned to the adjoining locker room. A man indicated I should strip and he placed my clothes in a locker and gave me a wrist key and a towel and motioned me on. I entered a large room with three huge Jacuzzis. I found the shower and cleaned up. Not wanting to sit in a tub, I searched around until I found a room with "sauna clothes". A girl fitted me with my sizes of shorts and top and then she motioned me onward. So far no one had spoken any English.
I came to a large area with many soft chairs and overhead TVs. A woman motioned for me to sit. I avoided the smokers and sat by myself. An old man approached and offered to give me a foot massage. I shooed him away. 4 times. He was very persistent! I figured if someone was going to rub my legs, it was going to be a girl. And, I didn't want to waste one of my "extra services" on him.
While there, the manager brought in three girls for another guy to choose from. All three of the girls were knock-outs in my book and he couldn't have gone wrong.
I discovered the sauna "menu" on a table near me. This was a confusing listing of various types of massages and add-ons. None of the people could explain the differences in the packages – and didn't know I had already pre-paid. After reading here about the thigh massage, I was determined to experience that. But I couldn't find it on the menu. Finally the English speaking manager helped me. The thigh massage was there – just amusingly miss-spelled "relaxing thing massage". He called for the thigh massage girl who came to collect me and my Coke. She lead me through a labyrinth of hallways to a darkened room. What I hadn't expected is that the massage was pretty much legit – it ranged from my thighs to my feet. She did the whole works and quite well. Since I had done a lot of walking, I needed that. She worked on each leg for 40 minutes. Only the last 5 minutes did she work on little brother. Since she knew I was going for the "boom-boom" session next, she didn't finish me off.
At the end of the massage she informed me (confirmed by the manager) that she had gone twice the normal length of time, so therefore I would have to pay $155HKD for a "second" session. Unable to argue, I accepted. After all, she had done a good job (and allowed me to unbutton her top and play with her breasts).
She lead me out of there and down another hall. I stopped off to use the W. C. And when I came out a beautiful 25 year old Vietnamese girl was standing there in a scantily clad outfit, holding my Coke and smiling at me. She gave me a hug and walked me down to a room. Management had done an OUTSTANDING job of picking for me. This girl was GFE, a solid 9 and very playful. She also had larger breasts than the typical Chinese girls. I exchanged the voucher for a second voucher and was told to go to the departure area. The ferry company wouldn't take the voucher and sent me off down some strange halls to another desk where they gave me an actual ticket for the second voucher. That did the trick.
I was very happy with the sauna and would definitely recommend it. Next time I'll try one of the others just to get some variety.
