Santo Domingo

Being inspired by SmokersRule, I contacted Maria to get me a girl. As my Spanish is zero I thought this was the best even if somewhat expensive option for me. As I contacted her on the short notice, she said she could only propose me one girl but she looked nice on the picture and I agreed. We settled for $50 for Maria and 3,000 pesos for the girl. They came to the hotel and the girl look nice in real life as well (I would give her 7 or 8). So, I gave Maria her 50 bucks and decided to take Diana to my room. This was the moment when the double disappointment of the night started. First, the hotel declared they had strict absolutely no visitors policy. Negotiations did not work. Fuck. The hotel is called Santo Domingo: it is one of the top notch (though not the best) at $130 per night - at least this is what I paid. So, beware: this is only for married couples, wonkers and other chaste people.

So, we went to Cabana (if I spell that correctly), where they lease rooms for short meetings. The room was nice: no grudges there. It cost 680 for four hours: nie deal for about $20. Plus an overpriced taxi at 400 (and 350 back). The second big disappointment of the night was Diana. She said her boobs hurt as she just had implants and removed her bra only for few seconds. And her sex was very mechanical: clearly substandard service. She was the second disappointment. Came only once just out of sense of duty, and had some problems at that as well: so paid extra 1,000 for a BBBJ.

On the previous day, some pickpocket also walked away with my Treo smartphone during Carneval. Very unfortunate short trip indeed.

This does not mean to discredit Maria: others may have better luck with her. Just do not forget to ask whether a girl had recent surgery on her boobs or not.

First, I paid her $100 and $3500/girl for two. Looking back at the experience, yes, it was worth it. I just want to touch on one important thing-planning.

Before I went to The DR, I did alot of research. My first priority is safety. If a place is deemed very dangerous, I. E. Haiti, I won't go, even if the women are giving it away.

I looked at the reviews people wrote on several online travel websites. Most of the people said the DR was nice, but to be careful. I read what they had to say about the hotel that I was planning to stay at. Now, for this, I was only going to learn how safe it is to stay there, not how "chica friendly" it is.

For the real dirt, that's why we have the ISG. I read everything about the DR, not just SD. I wanted to get a feel about the people. I even read back to a year ago. The hotel I was staying at was rated "chica friendly", BUT, no one said they had a two visitor policy during your stay and I found out about that, the embarassing way. I passed that on to others.

I like the DR. During the daytime, I felt relatively safe. Like any place you are not from, the locals will quickly pickup on that and take advantage of you. Its a fight from the time you get to the airport. You ever notice all those people wanting to help you and none of them "work" for the airport? They want to carry your bags and direct you to a taxi, then expect a tip.

You should have spent more time planning and understanding where you were at. I still do not like the transportation system in the DR. You can have a lot of fun in the DR with little knowledge of spanish and a couple of days stay. Its not my style to stay at small $60 hotels.

I studied 4 potential hotels and chosed the one I felt would be the easiest for my first time. Now that I have a feel of the place, I can expand out and do what I want to do. I plan to do short, 2 day stays of just mongering. Take the time to see what experience other members have had and see what works for you.

And that's what makes the ISG Forum so great - you can avoid problems like this by reading the forum and asking questions. I noticed your 1st post was the trip report! With all the posts about girl-friendly hotels, chicas, clubs, taxis, prices, crime etc., I have to believe most of this was completely avoidable.

Are there any WG at the casino at the Hilton these days? There is nothing described near there in any of the posts below.

Last time I was there, 3 years ago, there was nothing but a taxi driver took me to a house nearby where there was a selection of about 10 girls to pick from. I took one back to the Hilton, she left her ID card and there was no additional room charge, though from the reports below it looks like that might have changed.

The answer is right there. If you are planning to go to a country and you do not know anything about the looks of the women there, well, the Photo Gallery is more than naked, sex pictures.

Some members just don't know how to utilize this forum. There are many places I want to monger and this forum has saved me alot of money and grief. What I mean by that is, I didn't have to go all the way to a foreign country to find out it was worthless.

There are so many places that have a lot of hype but they don't have what I am looking for. I live in sin city, U.S.A. and I don't think its all that. You can get action 24/7 but GFE is hard to come by, that is why I got tired and decided to venture out.

I am a senior member in my local city under a different name. I do have international travel experience but it is old news when I joined ISG. I plan to start travelling to foreign countries and share that experience.

One way that I make a decision on where to travel, is to look up that country on ISG, and look at the posts. I have seen some places where there are virtually no posts, kind of tells you right away, there is nothing happening.

What's surprising about the DR is, there are many reports in many cities. It just tells you that this is a happening place, especially when the capital doesn't have the most posts and it's happening.

Save yourself a lot of money and headaches by reading what other people have experienced. I may have spent more on my chicas than others but they were hot and they delivered and to me, that's what counts.

Ok, so I had to make a trip to SD last week on short notice for work. My company insists that I atay the the Jaragua becuase it is a Marriot hotel.

Anyway, I have been staying there for many years, back when the mongering was at it's best.

I have to agree with other posts that it surely has not been what it was in the past. However, last week was pretty close. There were far more girls to choose from walking around the casino than their used to be. My guess is that security has lightened up on them a bit. You can now take them into the bar without any problem. they still are not allowed to sit in there alone though.

I ended up hooking up with a spinner type blonde. Very young, could not be more than 22. Damage was $ for 2 hours. We had to go to a cabana, which cost me another 20 plus 40 for the taxi. Overall, not the inexpensive encounter you expect to get because of the extra charges, but a great value anyway.

Everything was on the menu. This girl was a 9, and I could not believe what I was seeing as I pounded away. By far the best looking chica I have ever had in Santo Domingo. Her skills were excellent btw.

I have been told many times to look in there fro photos but when I try to look at a particular forum for example BRAZIL - I have to start at the letter "A" and see anal and click for 20 minutes till I get to B can some tell me how to browse all photos from a forum- example thailand without clicking for 2 hours?

Couple of notes:

I've added info about Total Satisfaction in the Boca Chica section and some pics in the photo section.

The casino at the Hilton has no action, however there are a raft of taxi's out side and the drivers will approach you with details of houses where you can make your selection of chicas. So there is action in this part of town, I was not able to follow up on the offer and report on the experience but hope this helps others.

Can anyone tell me if Santo Domingo is a destination for Easter week, or if it is someplace that everyone leaves. I.e. am I going to get screwed on hotels or have bargaining power?

$40 for a taxi to a cabana? This is almost triple of the "tourist" price for RT.

I went to Santo Domingo on Easter week 2006 and was my best mongering travel , but it is better to be on a beach town by mid week. Everybody goes to the beach or their towns after Wednesday.
