I check out the room about 2 yr ago didn't stay it is a dump so I got a room at spark instead only 5 min walk, spend a few buck more it is a much better hotel around 55 USD a night.

Walk into the lounge room with toilet near the door then walk into the separate bedroom area with jacuzzi and ensuite but no wall so everything is open. Went downstairs and arranged a really nice cewek to come up for 3 hours but bloody expensive during the day. A lot cheaper after midnight as 850k all night. There is actually another entrance just near where you walk into the foyer section of the cewek area, a set of stairs going straight up to the first floor where you catch a lift to your room floor.

There are one or two days where they will close due to observing religious rights. Also one of the owners is connected with the Betawi Youth Group as are some of the police. Thats why I love Indonesia money and contacts and you can do almost anything you want unfortunately there are a lot more people with money and contacts than myself.

As stated by KangK, during ramadhan time they will running their services as usual. They will however close the bordeillos, spas facilities during the Hari Raya time (2 or 3 days). Yet they won't close the hotel service, and if you have the agent (mamasans / papasans) contacts then you can do business as usual by means you can open a room in the hotel, and the agent will bring the girls for you to choose in your room, or you can just book out the girl out.

Some insights:

- believe it or not, you actually can get lower prices than usual for the wls during ramadhan / hari raya in those places, esp for the imports, due the lower demands during that time, just negotiate with the agent. It's a stock-market afterall.

- it is true however the quality and quantity for wls (esp. Local indonesians) are somewhat decreasing during that time (due to religions, and also to go back to their hometowns). But basically no decreasing qlty / qty for imports.

- all bars, clubs, discos and spas (those that don't have hotel service) will be closed (for 1 full month.) though. So it's overall down time for mongering.

I'm arriving in Jakarta for the first time on Wednesday and staying for two nights. I'm on a tight budget. I'm planning on staying in a super cheap backpackers place in Jalan Jaksa ( 70k per night) , maybe even a hostel dorm, and then just taking a room for short time with a girl from Blok M, maybe Malioboro? It offers short time (up to 6hrs) rates of 200k, which seems to be as cheap as it gets for GF hotels. Are there any others that are cheaper or similar rate?

This way I get everything I want for about 270k per night (200k for short time in Marioboro + 70k for my luggage and extra sleep in Jalan Jaksa). Am I going to save money this way, given my taxi rides to-and-from Jalan Jaksa, or am I better off just paying a bit extra to stay at one of the IBIS hotels in Kemang, which seem to go for about 410k per night? Could I negotiate that rate lower or are the prices reasonably "fixed"?

Seeing as Travel Hotel does not have a website, how is it possible to make a booking or reserve a room at the hotel part of their service? Do they have a telephone number?

A. Lately there have been postings about the Jalan Jaksa (JJ) effect on girls.
B. In the Lokasari district you can find cheaper hotels if it's only for 6 hours.
C. How much do you plan to spend on the girl? The 200K in Malioboro is only for the room!

A. I haven't come across those reports, but presumably they'll just dismiss me as poor? Won't bother with me? Charge extra? If that's the case, then the girls don't need to know that I'm staying there. I can simply tell the girl that I'm staying with a friend and cannot take her there, and that we must go to Malioboro (or wherever).

B. Any tips or names would be very much appreciated. I'm not being lazy here. I've read the last 7 pages of this thread and not found mention of hotels in that district (or at least none that I recognise).

C. I know. I wasn't including the girl in that calculation. Presumably I'll pay the going rate for the girl. I haven't read through the main section yet. It's the hotels I want organise now.

Maybe you mean Kota (Mangga Dua) or the two on Jl Wahid Hasyim. Rates are pretty fixed, but for a little extra, you get a decent hotel that girls do follow you back to. You can then even get her to stay overnight and wake up to a very pleasant BBBJ in the morning. In addition, you'll save on taxi fare as the hotels in Wahid Hasyim are slightly nearer to Blok M than Malioboro, and you don't need to pay for an extra trip to get you back to your hotel after you've finished with the girl.

B & C. Recently I mentioned that 95% of the action, North of Jakarta I. E. Mangga Besar, Kota and Pangeran Jayakarta, takes place on the location. So do not bother about checking in a short-time hotel. Malioboro charges 200K (VAT included?) , a girl charges about 300K for a short session. Hotel Travel, Hotel Classic etc charges about 400K. Do the math!

Different story about Blok M girls. You will need a short-time hotel. I know hotel Golden in the Melawai complex. Others have mentioned other ones. Check if My Place or better known as Bali Hai is still there. Just around the corner from where the blok M bars are located.

Forget about the girls from BATS, CJ and Tiga Puliuh. They are used to perform on the premises: five star hotels.

Other option: girls in JJ itself.
