Ill be in Cebu in April and I only have 3 nights where my GF will be away for class. What's the best option to find GFE with college girls? Is it still the apps or would I have a better shot going to different bars / clubs and malls. I've been on PL and for some reason I don't see it as active as it used to be and yes I do have a subscription. Or maybe I just have really high standards.

That disco gets lively at midnight weekends. 80% Pinoys, 20% Koreans, hardly any foreigner. Hooking up a chick better first check if she got a group of followers behind! Rarely single pro's to find. The loud music stops you to talk to a chick and make clear what you want.

Or go online way: DIA girls can be at your room within an hour.
I just returned from a 10-day trip to Cebu, Philippines, and man what a trip! I stayed at the Quest Hotel. More info on that later. I did 11 ladies and every one BBFS, and 2 were free! They ranged from 18-34 and they were all great in the sack, I use Pina Love, but I was meeting girls at Ayala Mall and the hotel itself. I paid 2 k ($35) and 99% spent the night, I could not believe how easy it was to meet ladies and to go out with them.
The first one I met worked at the Cebu airport, a young attractive Pinay we exchanged numbers and she called me we met at Ayala Mall for a slushie and she came back to my hotel for fun.
On my last day, I was in the lobby waiting on my transportation to the airport and met a very HOT 20-year-old solid 7 and we exchanged numbers, I called her from the airport and we agreed tp meet up when I returned. Cebu is an amazing place with very friendly ladies and a very, very reasonable price point.
About Quest Hotel, the staff is good but the hotel only has an outside bar. Very HOT in Cebe. The rooms are below average, the towels are limited and old. My ac leaked on the floor and I nearly fell on my ass. Cable tv is garbage, about 20 channels with no Fox News or CNN. No Netflix or nothing. I had to go I had to go to the Mandarin Hotel across the street daily to get a drink and to just to keep up with the news in the US. I asked for a wake-up at 10 pm and I never received it, Lucky I set up my alarm on my cell.

If the bars, clubs, and malls are better then what are the options?[/QUOTE]College girls? You're in a dirt poor third world country, not Chicago. DIA is best app for Cebu IMHO. Start 3 weeks before trip. Stay by Ayala Mall; there are some FL hookers at the mall courtyard area around 6 pm.
I'll spend 30 days there in June thru July 4th. Will also visit Camotes Island.
My Philippina born daughter is 23 yo old now so I've been visiting for 25 years +/.
Now that she's in USA, I don't visit as much. I can't hack the PI weather & the PI disfunction.

I was there for 3 months last year, thru Christmas.
I usually stay out on Mactan island- & on Camotes.
But last visit I stayed one night at Quest hotel (good hotel, good breakfast) & visited Viking Bar.
Took a very professional (in a good way) 30 ish lady. Good experience.
Barfine= 5000 (I think), PLUS you have to buy the girl some expensive amount of lady drinks.
I joined a lot of dating sites- some paid- I'll try to give a report on the dating sites later.
I would like to go to Philippines for my next trip. Would spending a vacation from 24th December through to January 6th be a waste of time will most of the girls head home to be with their families and bars will shut down or it doesn't change much?

If the only discussion point is girl availability then it's no noticeable change. Just watch the weather forecasts if you go snorkeling / diving and plan on siestas to escape the midday heat.
