Firstly you need to understand when it is happening to you. For instance I take more time to get erect when I am with the same partner doing the same thing but when with a new girl I gain erection faster and also can stay hard longer. That could be because of my excitement to see / experience something now. So you need to better observe the patterns / situations where you are having this problem around erections.

While all these take sometime to show results, please have some patience & confidence. While I am not a doctor or not an expert in this field, these are only my inputs based on my experience. If you think it helps consider trying. One final note on Brazil Nuts, they contain high volumes of Selenium and take only two nuts of these per day to avoid Selenium poising.
