Comparing Ethiopia to other sex destinations?
I have observed that much of Asia has been over-fucked. I believe it is time to give the dark continent a try, beginning with the Horn of Africa. Before it too is overrun with Koreans who skew the female-male ratio and who have more money to spend than I do.
This question I am addressing to experienced punters who have been to at least 4 different countries. I will try to avoid the temptation to compare with Bangkok in 1989, K11 (Phnom Penh) in 1994, Havana in 1997, or that coastal resort in Madagascar (two presidents at the time, I forget the year). Perhaps, limiting it to destinations experienced within the last 5 years at the very oldest would be prudent. To give an idea of perspective, I am middle-age, on a budget (paying $20 short-time to get laid seems like a lot) , and have mongered in 10 different nations, including those not usually associated with prostitution, such as India and Bangladesh. My haunts are mostly in Asia (especially South-East Asia) and in the past, the Latin Caribbean. The big plus of Cuban and Dominican republic women it would seem to be that black and latin girls enjoy sex more (though I view mainland S. E. Asian girls as being generally more attractive physically).
I prefer freelancers, then brothels, and only lastly picking up girls in nightclubs. I do not drink and do not like loud music. I am not really interested in the 'girlfriend experience' either. I like to have a stable of er, stable working girls from whom to choose. I like to change partners every day or three at the most. I prefer all-night or if short-time to screw during the day. I hate going to clubs where one can't pick up girls until past midnight. I like to get to know the girls and sometimes hire them over years, but I keep our liaisons limited to business and friendship. No taking a woman back to the west for me. No sending support via Western Union. No false expectations of monogamy or love.
The perfect girl to me is petite, high-firm-small-assed, cute, clean and pleasant. They must be exceptionally beautiful to me, rather new to the scene (certainly less than 3 years on the game) , be legal teenage, and amenable to oral and condom-free sex. Otherwise I abstain. To me, it is not about numbers but quality promiscuity. I do not do whirlwind tours where I fly in and out in 10 days. I tend to explore upcountry and oddball destinations for months at a time.
An aside. While I do find this forum useful I find that many posts are long-winded (rather like this introduction!) and dwell too much on private sexual experiences. I don't care to read how many times someone fucked a girl in the ass or read stories with details like 'and then I went for coffee, then I had a nap with my gf' etc. What I prefer to write, and indeed read, are succinct, fact-based and cost-conscious reviews of venues and cities, with directions and ideally maps. Mentioning specific girls somehow offends me. Perhaps this interest in sex travel hard information is because I used to publish a punters newsletter in the days before the internet. So, here is my go at the pluses and minuses of various destinations. I ask that those familiar with Ethiopia rate AA and beyond as to how it compares. I am not commenting or asking about expatriate living as those are other considerations (buying property, running a business, dating good girls / marrying, residency etc). I mean strictly as a sex tourism destination.
My suggested template is below. Others no doubt have different priorities, as indeed I do (one very important one being availability of healthy, fresh vegetarian food and gyms / swimming pools.) Thus, an additional 'other' category' such as food, accommodation, transportation, communication, visas, climate, shopping, culture and language would round out such comparisons, but for here and now all I am reporting on and enquiring about is sex for sale.

The above is based on living / working and visiting PNH, Cambodia for six years total, since 1993.
Is Ethiopia like Cambodia, or in fact most developing countries. In that the most accessible females (I. E. Hookers) are not locals at all but rather immigrants and minorities? In my experience whoring in S. E. Asia it is not the predominant ethnicity that works in the sex trade, e. G. Ethnic Vietnamese in Cambodia, Burmese in Thailand, etc. Maybe this would mean Eritreans or Sudanese or some such in Ethiopia dominate the P4P scene? Unless Africa is unlike the rest of the world, prostitution is a class-based profession, and this is usually tied to immigration status (often 'illegals' or refugees) and low social status.
