I did get a reply from a manager that was cool with a foreigner who had Koreans, but I was not able to go, I don't see the place anymore on OP. Dongtan is not Seoul and this area more open to foreigners. I wanted to send you PM, but you can't receive any. Do you recall the name of the place they listed on OPstar, I'll contact them myself.

First time visiting Seoul since June. Went by the Hill to see what is happening with the demolitions. Several of the shops on the bottom of the lane are boarded up. Avant Garde and Happy Days are still standing but are both closed. Kay, Bean and Cherry have moved across the lane to Evergreen. It looks like the hooker bars are being replaced by restaurants.
