This is exactly how I had described this spa in my post. At a deserted place with an overhead cam at the reception (which I feel many spas have it for security reasons. They are in anyway high riks business of cross therapies). Its not a great spa but would be somewhere in the average to below average category, depending on individual's rating scale.

I didn't find this spa that unsafe. It has got its own website with two more listed branches in Delhi. I don't have any stake there and not promoting it though. Been there twice and got good HJ on both occasions. So far I have always been scared of visiting a SP place and your description of this place being scary gives me some confidence that SP joints might feel better then there.
