You've obviously never been to an American hospital where a third of the doctors are 2nd generation Indian immigrants with parents who are blue collar workers or entrepreneurs. Ask for a Dr Patel in a hospital and you get 20 heads looking up. Children who are born here get social security numbers as well as their naturalized citizen parents. That means they also get financial aid to pay for medical school which easily gets paid back on an average American physician salary of well over $300 K.
