Fresh was about to give it to him because it was over with and he got conned. I raised sand, reached in Fresh wallet and gave the barber I think 500 pesos. If you apply the US honor and respect for business in the DR, you will suffer in the pockets and / or service period. If they see you are a regular; some will change for the future but most live for the RIGHT NOW.

Almost right on the Conde (main shopping street in the Colonial Zone) so there are plenty of restaurants, gringos to chat with and SW's to partake in if that is your thing. I believe it is 5 star, the rooms are very nice (all of the chicas I brought back were impressed) breakfast, I believe is included, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Make sure your chicas have their cedulas. Runs about $60 USA per night.

Brain fart) right before you would cross the street to go to Parque Independencia. You can't miss it. Its on the right side. Prices, as usual with street walkers are negotiable. $1000 for short term is certainly doable if you stick to your guns. Don't know about TLN as I am not so comfy with TLN with SW's.
