Some places in Cartagena have TLN with no fine or fine included, others the fine is 100K-200K and I have heard of some that now charge more, which is ridiculous. You usually pay the girl about the same there. More eexpensive for sure but then you the LDVs and such where it winds up being about the same price anyway with no bar fine.
I would say on the low low end you're looking at 100K TLN, high high end maybe 800K but really more like 200K-400K would be the real range in Colombia

The update I would add to that post is that apparently there [i]is[/i] a multa you have to pay to take chicas from there. I would not visit again myself. Didn't have any problems there; just with the talent. Didn't see any chica there even up to casa standards (using New Life as the comparison). The one or two gems that stood; out guys were on them so fast it would make your head spin.

Since this was through an agency I don`t think it has any impact on prices. BTW I have posted here in this thread several times about my clumsy attempts at seeing girls in the above 100k range but few have given much help for finding better. I have had a 8-9 in Cartagena and some 9s in Cali for much lower, and similar in quito (mainly w. Colombianas). In Medellin getting to the pretty ones was hard, and I stayed in Medellin for almost a month while in Cartagena and Cali just a few days in each.
Guys who keeps stuff to themselves (by not posting info here freely on the board about how to contact their 9s and 10s) contribute to make me and possibly others resorting to overpriced agency girls. Romancelatina mentioned here often have been nothing but complete waste of time and a little money for me.
