A person opening the door would be liable to pay financial compensation (damages) for doing so. If anyone ever does that to me I will guarantee I will sue them. They can get around this by requiring you to sign a form giving consent before you enter the club. Which takes me to my second point: whether it's an invasion of privacy or not, the moment club staff start opening doors on people having sex on a regular basis, the clubs will surely die a quick death. I would certainly not continue to visit and my guess is that 99% of all FKK tourists would instead start going to other venues / Spain / Dubai / Thailand. I'd be interested to know if regulars in Germany would still go to FKKs. My guess is that private brothels would see a big increase in custom and FKKs would become a thing of the past very quickly if every guy having a session believed that at any point a door would open for inspection.

Door locks in all rooms would be a big mistake and dangerous for the girls. Who knows what guys would do to girls if the doors were locked and the girl potentially could not get out. I cannot see that happening.

The likelihood is that most clubs just will not enforce this new law at all. It is almost impossible to police other than by the method you have identified. Which (without consent) is unlawful in itself, and would yield a far greater fine than participating in a BBBJ (damages for invasions of privacy have reached over £300,000 in the UK). Barging in on private sessions will kill FKK clubs. They'd rather run the risk of the occasional police visit than resort to this IMHO.

PFI I agree with most of your statement and I was also thinking that can't happen but this very reliable girl told me about this and before that I couldn't think in this way. Again especially with the new law I would prefer door-locks for club rooms. For girls protection the clubs can install a security call button as this exist already in RLD brothel rooms.

And often, the locked doors don't lock people in, but rather only lock people out. Many door locks only lock in one direction.
